This beautifully remodeled unit is less than a 3 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort and sits right on Park City Municipal Golf Course making it feel like there is no one else around you. It is on the free city bus route with easy access to all the activities and attractions Park City has to offer. It is close to Historic Main Street with shopping, restaurants, and galleries galore.
The condominium (really more like a townhouse) is a two bedroom with a loft. There is a Queen Master bedroom with its own bath on the Main level. Kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area, and powder bath are also on Main level. A stacked Bosch washer/dryer is in a closet off the entry. There is a deck off the back and in the summer time this is a wonderful place to be.
Upstairs you have an open loft with two twin beds and then a second bedroom with a King bed. The loft and the second bedroom share a full bath in the loft. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. The unit is nicely appointed and cozy.
The linens are high thread count and the towels soft egyptian cotton. The pool towels in the unit belong to the unit so remember to bring them home.
There is underground parking. The complex has a shared pool, hot tub, and sauna. A one time supply of amenities are included in each bath and a greeting basket will be there for you upon arrival.
Easy walk to Park City Mountain's lower ticket booth. Deer Valley Resort is 2 miles, The Canyons 3 miles, and Historic Main Street approximately 1 1/2 miles away.
There are endless Winter and Summer activities in Park City and the surrounding areas.

Dennis and Lisa Loomis, of Loomis Construction and Loomis Property Management, bought this in 2004 and gutted it down to drywall and remodeled it. Since 2004 we have kept the unit up to date replacing beds, bedding, carpeting, appliances,and TV's as needed. We also manage the property to ensure the high quality of the unit and rental experience for our guests. We own four other units and manage several other second homes in the area.

We had a great time in your property and want to thank you for such an enjoyable stay. The condo was really comfortable and homey, we loved the fireplace and the views, the updated kitchen, the beds and linens were really nice, and the convenience was unbeatable. There was plenty of room for privacy with the bedrooms upstairs as well as on the first floor, and this location, with the proximity to the hot tub and the sweeping views out back, made it a special place. The owner was also very responsive to our requests to stay in the condo later on our departure date and to check in early so we could maximize our time on the slopes. Thanks again!

My husband and I have been coming to Park City for 7-8 years during the summer. Our six weeks here have confirmed that we have found our perfect fit. Having the views of and proximity to the golf course were key. It was also important to us to be close to the bus stop. The unit is very nicely decorated and stocked with all of the qualitiy items needed for cooking, if you want to; to be connected--wifi; and to be comfortable--very clean. It is close to grocery shopping. Lisa was prompt when help was needed, which was only for a couple of minor things--like a "squalking" smoke detector. Of course, Park City and surrounds offer all kinds of summer activities--like more hiking trails than one could hike; wildlife; outdoor concerts; art festivals; plays; historical sites; and the delightful Main Street with more restaurants, galleries, and shops than one could visit. I could envision having our grandchildren at this unit or my group of traveling girlfriends. We will be back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

Just spent 2 weeks with children and grandchildren. The 3 minute walk to Eagle lift was outstanding. The kitchen was very well equipped and the dining area , surrounded by glass on three sides, and right on the golf course, made eating in a treat. This is a very comfortable and attractive unit, in a great location.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was our second trip to Park City and it was even better second time around. This property is beautiful, clean and extremely close to all the facilities... especially the lifts at PCMR, no more than a 3 minute walk to the First Time lift. The accommodation is exactly as it's described and shown in the photographs. Our family of 5 comfortably spent 2 weeks here. Lisa does a fantastic job of answering all your questions and everything from the time you book is very straight forward and clearly explained. If you're looking to rent a place out in Park City, I would whole heartedly recommend this property. We skied for 9 out of the 13 days spending our time exclusively in PCMR (didn't feel the need to travel to any of the other resorts like Deer Valley & Canyons which are only minutes away)... but to give our legs a bit of a rest we also attended a Utah Jazz NBA game in SLC, took a trip out to Antelope Island, went tubing out at Soldier Hollow... all highly recommended. As for dining... the condo has everything you need to dine in. As for going out, try the Eating Place on Main Street for a killer breakfast. Banditos (again Main St), & Squatters both do a good dinner. But if you want something a little special, head out to Heber City and go to the Snake Creek Grill, fabulous food. We stayed here President's Day weekend 2008. It was great. Renovated in 2004, but looks and feels like it was renovated last week. Very high quality everything. Very clean. Great location. Owner puts in extra effort to make your stay enjoyable.
