This beautiful unit is walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and sits right on Park City Municipal Golf Course making it feel like there is no one else around you. It is on the free city bus route with easy access to all the activities and attractions Park City has to offer. It is close to Historic Main Street with shopping, restaurants, and galleries galore.
The condominium (really more like a townhouse) is a two bedroom with a loft. There is a Queen Master bedroom with its own bath on the Main level. Kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area, and powder bath are also on Main level. There is a deck off the back and in the Summer time this is a wonderful place to be.
Upstairs you have an open loft with two twin beds and then a second bedroom with a King bed. The loft and the second bedroom share a full bath in the loft. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. It is nicely appointed and cozy.
The linens are high thread count and the towels soft egyptian cotton. The pool towels in the unit belong to the unit so remember to bring them home.
There is underground parking with shared laundry facilities off the underground area. The complex has a shared pool, hot tub, and sauna. A one time supply of amenities are included in each bath and a greeting basket will be there for you upon arrival. Bottled water in the refrigerator.
It is a short walk to Park City Mountain's lower ticket booth. Deer Valley Resort is 2 miles, The Canyons 3 miles, and Historic Main Street approximately 1 1/2 miles away.
There are endless Winter and Summer activities in Park City and the surrounding areas.

Owner's Map of Three Kings
Dennis and Lisa Loomis, of Loomis Construction and Loomis Property Management, bought this in 2004 and gutted it down to drywall and remodeled it. Since 2004 we have kept the unit up to date replacing beds, bedding, carpeting, appliances,and TV's as needed. We also manage the property to ensure the high quality of the unit and rental experience for our guests. We own four other units and manage several other second homes in the area.
