This is a brand new end unit townhome overlooking the Indian River with close access to the Atlantic Ocean, known for great saltwater fishing. We have a boat slip and a ramp available for use during your stay. The community pool is a short walk away.
The main level includes a powder room and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You can also enjoy water views from the kitchen window. The dining table seats six. The adjoining living area has attractive white leather furnishings (queen sofa bed), a gas fireplace, TV with DVD, and broadband internet hook-up. This level leads out to a waterfront deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, dine at a large patio table or relax over cocktails while watching the gorgeous sunset.
The lower level has its own entrance and indoor access to garage storage. There is a full bath, a bunk bed bedroom, and a family room with comfortable navy blue leather furnishings and a TV with DVD/VHS. From this level you can walk-out to a large deck where you can sunbathe, fish or walk to your boat.
The upper level has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, two built-in closets , and a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub. There is an adjoining balcony to relax on and enjoy the views. The other bedrooms contain another king-size bed and a trundle bed for one or two guests. They share a full bath and both have water views.
The unit has plenty of storage. There is a washer and dryer and extra blankets and pillows for your use. There is a garage used for storage where you can store your bicycles, beach gear, surf boards, water skis, etc.
The public beaches, Bethany Beach boardwalk, shopping and restaurants are a short drive away, less than three miles. Magnolias Restaurant and the G&E grocery store are less than a half mile.

- By boat we are located less than a mile from the Indian River Inlet which leads out to the Atlantic known for its great fishing and there is a full service marina for gas and bait in the cove next to us.

This townhouse was beautiful. We had 12 people ranging from ages 15 - 83. We were able to use air mattresses for the kids which worked out well. The two "elders" were able to have their own room. And the two "couples" were able to have their own bedrooms as well. There was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the quietness of the complex. The pool was not crowded at all (that is until we all showed up!!!). The 3 decks were great and a huge plus when we wanted to hang outside. We love the Fenwick Island beach area, so that is where we headed for beachtime. It did not take long to get there at all. The photos of the townhouse were exactly as shown. A very clean and neatly kept townhouse. The owner is very gracious and answered all my emails. She even emailed me the day of arrival to let me know we could check in early as the house had been cleaned. We would all come back next year - and hope to!!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
