Exterior NewPark condo/hotel - Park City Lodging NewPark Condominium/Hotel was just completed this year and is like nothing else in Park City. It is located within the NewPark Complex and next to Redstone Plaza which consists of retail shopping, theaters, ice cream parlor, grocery stores, and a number of top rated restaurants. Starbucks is a very short walk and a great way to start your day; ask for Jane tell her your staying in NewPark #211 and that Chuck sent you! The unit is on the second floor and is two bedrooms and two full baths with jetted tubs. The unit is set up with lock off ability so you have a bedroom with a King Bed and bath with the living area (with Queen sleeper sofa), eating area, and kitchen off the master area. The second bedroom accessible from interior of unit as well as exterior has a Queen bed with a full bath and a small sitting area with the second queen sleeper and a small sink and mini refrigerator. There are two fireplaces in the unit and flat screen TV's in every room. The private hot tub is located on the private deck just off the living area. The linens are high thread count with down comforters on the beds. Each bathroom has a one time supply of a local spa's amenities and a gift basket greets each guest. Bottled water for the number the unit sleeps will be in the full size refrigerator. NewPark and Redstone have numerous stops for the free city bus and it is easy access to all the activities and attractions Park City has to offer. There is covered parking and a large closet inside the unit to store equipment. The unit has access to the hotel pool with the room key. There are numerous Winter and Summer activities in Park City and the surrounding areas. This unit is not in the Hotel rental pool and does not have daily maid service. The unit is NON-SMOKING for the pleasure of all our guests.
