ERWIN'S PLACE is located on the Beachside of Hwy 98 and only 200 steps to the white sand beach or the Pier. This townhome has 2 bedroom and 2 bath with a ground floor Master Bedroom and full bath. The living area has cathedral ceilings, ceramic tile flooring on ground floor and offers breakfast bar, kitchen and small dining area. Upstairs is carpeted bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The courtyard backyard is fenced and paved with a flower garden.
Enjoy your day at the beach, your evening at the Pier, or any of the restaurants or shops. A public boat ramp across the street and plenty of additional parking for boat or jet ski.
