There is so much to do this time of year at Boyne. And, this condo is perfectly located to enjoy all the fun. Once you arrive, your car can stay parked as you are within walking distance of all there is to offer at the base of Boyne Mountain.
This beautifully appointed condo has Boyne Mountain's 6 man high speed chair and the Boyneland lift right out the back door and the Hemlock pool out the front door. The Solace Spa provides a full-range of spa services including a full workout facility. There is also a pool and hot tub in the old Clocktower lodge. Avalanche Bay, the premier Northwestern Waterpark, is just a few feet away. In the winter, tubing, ice skating and the best apres ski is just a few yards away.
If you do decide to hop back in your car, you are just minutes away from world class Boyne golfing and Deer Lake. During the warmer months, Deer Lake is a wonderful place to go with a beautiful beach, free canoes and kayaks for use, a tiki bar, and lots of lounge seating. They also have shuffle board and putt-putt golf. In addition, you can rent jet skis and boats, for a fee. We also love to mountain bike at Boyne. You can bring your own bikes or rent at Boyne Country Sports, right at the base of the mtn. If you call the switchboard, they will send a driver to take you and your bike up to different trails on the top of the mt. Or, the Hemlock chairlift is often open and you can take your bike up with you and ride down a multitude of trails.
You are only 15 minutes from Boyne City and Lake Charlevoix and, 30 minutes from Petosky and the casino and shopping this town has to offer.
Our goal is to fully utilize this condo, as such our rates are competitive.

Why the Owner Chose Boyne Falls
We chose this condo based on the location...it doesn't get any better than this for the ski enthusiast..we are right at the base of the mountain. And, the condo is spacious with high ceilings and great light. We love it and would live up there full time if we could!

We returned again, and will do it again and again. This condo is amazing, the location is great, the decor is even better than the pictures. Nancy and Matt are great to deal with and the rates are very, very competitive (we know, as we stayed in the Mountain Grand for one night and it cost almost as much as 4 nights here!). 10 out of 10.

We just completed an outstanding stay at the condo! It is the closest condo to the pool (20 feet). It is less than a 2 minute walk to Avalanche Bay (waterpark) and the Zip Lines. Parking is right next to the unit. We took 6 adults and 3 small children and found the location to be the best we've ever had. In the winter you couldn't ask for anything better. Ski School is directly behind the unit and 3 chair lifts are close by (one is only about 100 ft. away). If you are considering Boyne for a vacation this is the unit you want!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Stayed for "Canada Week 2011". What a spot! Literally Steps from the Boyne lift and the 6 person high speed. 2 minute walk to the village area and Adventure Bay. A very nicely decorated condo, very clean, well equipped. My kids absolutely loved the condo, Boyne, and the whole experience. Well worth the extra drive vs Ontario skiing. Owners Matt and Nancy are available anytime to answer questions and are extremely easy to deal with. We will be returning again next year!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We rented in February 2009 and the skiing was wonderful. This condo is well maintained, perfectly located and very clean. We're hoping to come back to this same condo this February. I can't say enough about the location - it really is incredible!
