My fiance and I stayed at the Maui Vista for the first time. We have stayed in Maui before but at other condos in South Kihei. The Maui Vista's location is a 2 minute walk to the Kam beaches, lots of resteraunts, happy hour, little shops and grocery shops/ local markets around the Maui Vista all in walking distance. The unit itself was one of the best I have seen -clean, bug free, provided essentials for arrival, towels and linens. The lanai was always shady so the unit was often kept cool at night to sleep. VERY impressed and happy with the unit and its location. Friendly staff for booking and helpfull with providing information - my fiance and I will be staying at the Maui Vista on our return to the beautiful island of Maui. Life's A Beach is down the street with one of the best happy hours with we would reccommend!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We found the condo was excellent for 2, but with pull outbed could accomodate 2 children. Well placed, quiet, lovely surroundings. Well equipped condo with everything needed for the beach. The bed was very comfortable. Charley Young Beach, just across the street is wonderful. Good restaurants and grocery store nearby. The owner was very helpful with communications and we will recommend this condo to our friends.The price is very good value and the free phone service was excellent. Would have liked to have stayed longer but saw all of the island in 4 days.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved your condo at the Maui Vista! It is truly the nicest one we've ever stayed in. From the fantastic kitchen with under counter lighting, deep sink and beautiful glassware, the modern sofa and decor, to the fluffiest towels and softest linens.. The bed was incredible - it rivals what you get at the Westin for sure! The complex is very central for all the shops and restaurants and having Charley Young beach just across the beach is my favorite thing as it's not as busy as the other beaches and in my opinion, the best for everything! Being in Bldg. 2, it is very quiet as it's not the first building in the complex and therefore away from street noise. All you can hear when you wake up are those beautiful birds singing and the occasional thwack of a tennis ball..which is quite calming if they play well :) Having the BBQ's so close was nice too, so we could come back to the condo while cooking. The entire condo was fully equipped with everything you would need for the condo and the beach - chairs, mats, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler etc.. This place was perfect! We are so looking forward to coming back next year!! Thank you Rosalia!!

I loved this place... would definitely want to stay there again if/when I return to Maui! I loved the location (a few steps from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops, on a main road and easy to access) and it was very cute and cozy. Small-ish, but we didn't need anything bigger. It was fully packed (e.g. coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc.) and it was decorated in a very lovely island-themed manner. I was pleasantly surprise to find out that instead of a key, we had to use a passwork to unlock the main door, which was rather convenient in order to avoid carrying the key everywhere. The only downside was that we ran out of toilet paper quite fast. Although they had provided 2 additional rolls (which we initially thought was a relief), they were so thin and small that we (i.e. 2 people) went through all of them in a week. Great place, great value. Thanks so much!

WE STAYED AT THE CONDO UNIT FOR 16 NIGHTS, WE FOUND THE DESCRIPTION TO BE ACCURATE,THE LOCATION IS VERY GOOD NEAR TO ALL THR CENTRAL ACTIVITIES IN KIHEI, THE CONDO GROUNDS ARE NICELY MAINTAINED, THE UNIT IS NICELY MAINTAINED THE OWNER AND STAFF HELPEFULL , I WOULD PUT A SMALL REMARK CONCERNING THE CLEANLINESS OF THE PLACE WHICH WAS MOSTLY SUPERFICIALL , FOR EXAMPLE IN ORDER TO USE THE DRAWERS ANYWHERE WE HAD TO ACYUALLY CLEAN THEM FIRST. THE SAME GOES FOR ANY SPOT IN THE UNIT THAT IS NOT CENTRAL. I WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND DAREKER COLORES FOR THE TOWELS AND LINENS AS ALTHOUGH THEY WERE WASHED THEY WERE COVERED WITH STAINS THAT PROBABLY WOULD NOT GO OUT IN REGULAR WASH , I KNOW BECAUSE AS I SAW THE STAINS I WASHED THEM MYSELF AGAIN BEFORE USE AND COULD NOT GET RID OF THE STAINS , IT JUST WAS NOT A NICE FEELING . ALL IN ALL I WOULD RECOMMEND THE UNIT AND RETURN TO THERE MYSELF.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We've reviewed a few things with the management company. We always regularly checked the inventory and conditions of our supplies. We've increased the frequency of checks since we got your feedback. We also have replaced all the towels.

Wanted to pass along a note to thank you for renting your condo to us from July 27, 2011. The unit was exactly as described and pictured on your VRBO site. It was well stocked and everything that we would have ever needed was available. The abled us to pack lighter for our vacation. The location of the complex to the beach and as homebase for our day trips could not have been better. The bed was super comfortable and we had a very relaxing time in Maui. We would not hesitate to recommend your rental unit to our friends and family who wish to stay in Maui. Regards, Eva

Our 6 night stay at the condo was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, bed comfortable, and a great location for enjoying the beach! It was clean, and comfortable. The new upgrades in the kitchen were well done. Free wi-fi was much appreciated. The beach equipment provided was helpful- chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, beach mats,boogie boards- although I think the boogie boards need replacing. Overall a great condo rental-we hope to stay again soon!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
