Beachwalk is a small community of 350 residents. It is a tennis, biking, swimming complex with two pools. It is located 1/2 mile from Vanderbilt Beach, 15 minute walk from a movie theatre, supermarket and shops. Right by Ritz Hotel and Mercado Complex with amazing restaurants, night clubs, and shopping. The villa is 2,000 sq. ft, has been completely renovated with a new screen house, which looks out onto a pond and the pool, and it has a new kitchen with granite counter tops. It sleeps 8 (two kings and one queen) and also has a pull out queen size couch. The villa has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and ice maker refrigerator. We are anxious to rent for April 2012!
