Karen Scarborough is a prestigious and highly acclaimed Attorney at Law. She resides and practices in Fairfax, Virginia. Like so many others; the moment she saw the Beautiful Emerald Gulf Coast of the Panhandle of Florida her heart melted. It was at her first stunning sunset on that gorgeous evening that she vowed to build her vacation home in hopes of retiring to this truly amazing local of Rosemary Beach.
With the help of her family and countless hours of planning her vacation home became a reality called Scarborough Fair. Her dedication to details has made Scarborough Fair one of the Top Rental Beach Homes in the illustrious resort of Rosemary Beach.

Warmed our Hearts. We thoroughly loved staying at Rosemary’s Scarborough Fair. Our family has been coming to the Beautiful Florida Panhandle for years to escape our brutal cold winters and this past trip we stayed at Rosemary Beach, Fl. for the first time. We’ve decided we are not going to stay in Bay County Beaches ever again because the Fort Walton Beaches are a huge step up in Quality. We like staying for a month or more at a time to really relax and get a feel for a place. Rosemary Beach is truly wonderful. The beaches and the sunsets at Rosemary Beach were Spectacular! It had everything we like about an exclusive resort like privacy, fine dinning, and local activities. Scarborough Fair Beach home was a hidden jewel. Plenty of rooms, beautiful decorated, and private heated pool pampered us which allowed our family to get closer together. Thank you so much for opening up your gorgeous beach home to us snowbirds. You were easy to work with when setting up our reservation, made us feel very welcomed and after talking to you personally on the phone we realized Scarborough Fair would be perfect for us. Scarborough Fair lived up to every expectation and more. We were so glad we choose Scarborough Fair and didn’t want to fly home. We are going to come back again.

Scarborough Fair was a Vacation Home that we would recommend to anyone who wants to stay at Rosemary Beach. This beautiful design, High-End Vacation Home was extremely close to the beach. Very Clean. We thought we’d died on gone to heaven. We’ve never stayed at a nicer place and plan on returning. One of the many things our family loved was the heated pool and the ability to cook in a gourmet kitchen as we we’re trying to save a little money on food cost. With 2 families there at one time made it a major cost savor. We also ate out a few times at the local restaurants which were 4 stars. Rosemary Beach is really a unique place. You’ve got to see it. If you’re going there, you need to stay at the Number #1 Beach Rental which is simply Scarborough Fair. By the way…Your Family Deserves a Luxury Vacation and You Deserve to Stay at the Best Location! You Have Found It.

Very Relaxing! Thank you for allowing our family to stay at your beautiful beach home. It really was impressive and plenty of room for everyone. The private pool was a big hit for us. Scarborough Fair was the nicest place our family has ever stayed on vacation. Our entire family loved the uniqueness of Rosemary Beach community; there was so much to see. Four adults and two toddlers stayed here for a week and had a fabulous time. The home is beautifully decorated and has wonderful upstairs and downstairs porches. With two toddlers we couldn't have rented a house with a better yard. Wonderful, large pool and a yard big enough for the boys to play in and with trees so they had some shade. The owner really takes great pride in her home and was so easy to work with. Though the house is not on the gulf side, it is an easy stroll through town to get to the beach. And with a wagon to tote all your beach goodies makes it an easy trip. We will definitely consider staying here the next time we come to Rosemary Beach.

Super Clean! Scarborough Fair was elegant and had plenty of room for our family to stretch out and relax. The heated pool was perfect for after the ocean swims, snorkeling in crystal clear water on the gulf, and all the other wonderful water sports available at Rosemary Beach.What our family kept saying was how nice it was and how the unique buildings and architecture at Rosemary Beach was truly amazing. We truly enjoyed walking around and seeing all the shops and restaurants. We all want to come back and enjoy this beautiful beach home again. Rosemary Beach is a jewel.By the way, after walking around we realized that Scarborough Fair was much larger than most homes at Rosemary Beach. Except for one trip to the grocery store, we parked our car and never got back in it for a week! We enjoyed all of the great restaurants at Rosemary Beach and at nearby Alys Beach. It was so good for my husband, who has a heart condition, and needs exercise. He loved the walks around Rosemary, it was so worth it to get him to a place where he actually had something really unique to see, which inspired him to walk longer and daily! We also, loved swimming in the ocean together and the private pool. It was sorta like a honeymoon! We are going to see if we can afford our retirement home here. Thanks so much Ms. Scarborough, we are indebted to you for helping us understand how special this place is when we inquired about a reservation here. Incredible!!! Scarborough Fair is simply spectacular. This gorgeous beach home had it all. The décor was elegant while giving my family a very comfortable feeling. It was the nicest place our family has stayed on vacation. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was to die for and we loved the private pool. Because Scarborough Fair was so spacious we had 2 families there at one time making Scarborough Fair very affordable for all parties. We were only a couple blocks from the beach and enjoyed all the quaintness that Rosemary Beach is known for. The architecture here is very unique.By the way, Rosemary Beach has the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. The water was crystal clear and the sand was sugar white. Our stay at this beautiful home created the perfect memory for my family. We had nice sunset walks on the beach and it allowed all of us to reconnect. We loved it! Our family enjoyed this beautiful home. The beach was just a short walk and we were able to stroll through the unique architecture of Rosemary beach resort. Rosemary beach is so wonderful. The beach was like walking on sugar, the water was crystal clear, sunsets were gorgeous, and Scarborough Fair was nothing short of stunning. The home really gave us a chance to relax and unwind. All of the rooms were large and exquisite. Our family enjoyed the private pool. It’s amazing when you can find a place like Scarborough Fair. You just want to keep coming back for more. Thank you for opening up your home to our family.
