Built in ’06, with all the charm and comfort you need to make you feel right at home. 3+ Bedrooms, 3.5 baths, Living room with fireplace, covered log porch, screened porch, deck, patio and outdoor fire pit. Beautiful flowerbeds, room for the kids to run, and a seasonal stream run along the property.
Just a half-mile from the Hague beach with boat launch, playground, and near the Hague General Store. Walk into town and follow the Hague stream up to the waterfalls. Stop at the General Store or visit one on the antique and gift shops. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be found at the Store or at one of the cafes& restaurants in Hague. Pick up some bait and go fishing at the Pier. A short ride will take you to Gore Mountain, Historic Ticonderoga, or the Ferry to Vermont. Thirty minutes to Lake George Village and all the attractions, fifteen minutes to Bolton Landing. Hiking and boating opportunities are everywhere, and just plain beautiful scenery surrounds you no matter where you look. After all your adventures come back home to relax in the Jacuzzi tub and get cozy by a fire (indoors or out) Just don’t forget the smores!

Activities and Attractions:
Winter: Skier’s will love all the Adirondack region has to offer including Gore, Whiteface, and Garnet Hill Cross Country Ski Center. Nearby Vermont also offers many ski opportunities. Snowmobile trails are also available. Lake George Winter festival is fun for everyone. The Chili cook-off is always great. Polar Bear swims are big as well. Christmas and New Years would be memorable in the Adirondacks.
Spring is always beautiful- it is always a little magical as everything comes alive after the winter sleep; the ice melts and the streams and rivers swell. Time for rafting on the Hudson! The Hudson Gorge can boast Class 5 rapids! Nearby Schroon River offers rafting opportunities as well. Check out the Hague stream for the smelt run- you won’t believe your eyes- kids love it. So many smelts!
Summer:
Time to beat the heat – Swimming, boating, fishing, camping & picnicking on the Islands of Lake George. You just can’t beat it. Don’t miss Ticonderoga’s “Best of the North” fireworks on 4th of July- really terrific- Many things to do and many places to visit- biking, hiking, golf, charter fishing, boat rentals are all available right out your door- Ticonderoga Country Club is open to the public- (Dining as well). Boat rentals available in town from Dockside Landing, Justy Joe’s offers charter fishing. Bolton Landing offers the Sagamore Golf course for a bit of an upscale golf day. They also do a fantastic lakeside Lobster Bake (reservation are needed) for a special treat. Lake George Village will have all the shopping and people watching you can take, Saratoga and the Track are 45 minutes south for even more dining and shopping, and a little horsing around.
Fall:
Absolutely gorgeous with spectacular leaf peeping! Upper Hudson River Railroad has foliage tours, Gore has gondola rides. Just sit in the back yard and enjoy the woods, build a fire if it gets nippy. Biking and hiking are still in full swing and offer a multitude of viewing possibilities. Fall is a great time for day trips to the Adirondack Museum, Ausable Chasm, and don’t forget the Warrensburg Garage Sale weekend! A shoreline cruise on Lake George will definitely satisfy anyone’s foliage wishes. Gather you family together and enjoy Thanksgiving in the calm and quiet of Hague.
Rental is Saturday to Saturday, Security Deposit $500.00 If the house is not left as you found it, cleaning fee will be deducted from Security deposit, damages will also be accessed.
