Gorgeous designer furnished ocean front condo located on the 9th floor. This is one of the few Beachside units that offer this spacious three bedroom floor plan.
You will fall in love with the gorgeous designer decor of this remarkable unit. Features of this unit include a spacious entry foyer that opens into the large living area. You will be greeted by wide open views of the spectacular Gulf of Mexico as you step inside. These same views can be seen from the kitchen and the spacious dining area which seats 6 and has a wonderful window seat that looks out over the aqua waters.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a wall of windows that reflect the gulf views and a separate private balcony that faces directly gulf front. The master bath has a soaking tub with a gulf front window and a separate shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and gulf front views along with a TV and DVD in an armoire.
The third bedroom is much larger and has 2 queen size beds plus a TV and DVD player. The building has a heated pool and an exercise room for guests. There is also WiFi in the building. Everything that you could want for your vacation plus fabulous views too!!
You will have a desk in the main living area for your computer and the building has WiFi. Sandestin Resort has all the amenities you could want for a vacation and this beachfront condo is the perfect place for your family to stay.
This unit has a full sized dining area with seating for eight plus a large window seat.

Relaxation at its best

My family and I have had the blessed opportunity to stay at this rental several times over the years. Waking up to the sounds of waves and a view so breathtaking, you can't help but to start your day off being amazed. The condo itself is spacious, comfortable and family friendly. With a large dinning room table, long window seat, two balconies, and comfortable couches there is enough space to entertain a large group of people. The master bedroom is luxurious with windows overlooking the ocean all around, and the bathroom is big enough that two people can have their own personal space. Aside from the condo the property is highly entertaining, with several pools, tennis courts, a put-put course, and golf course, you can also rent bikes and ride around the property or ride into Baytowne. I highly recommend this place.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Relative to other condos that I have reserved through VRBO and others that I have seen in Destin, this place is a dump. The furniture, beds, trim work, window coverings and plastic plants are all dreadful. The views and balconies are great, but the unit needs to be completely redone. Only the kitchen is acceptable. The description given in the ad is disingenuous. If you need a place that is party-proof or pet-proof and can get a low rate like $100 - $150 per night, then go for it. Otherwise it is not worth it - stay away.
Owner response: It is always upsetting that a guest is not happy with accommodations, but even more upsetting when they do not allow anyone or anything to make them happy. Then you begin to wonder if they could be happy in any situation you could offer. When you realize they could not, then you just have to have them leave and write the bad review. Fortunately, this seldom happens and this unit has had over 45 reservations with happy guests this year alone.
Recommended for:Pet owners.

I stayed in this condo with my two small children and another family with two small children. We had a nice time on vacation, but the accomodations were not as nice as I expected. Especially for the price. Location was good, convenient and amazing views. Our reservation was in early may 2010, after the oil spill, but beaches were still beautiful. The airconditioning was malfunctioning and wasn't fixed as quickly as I would have liked. With no compensation for the inconvenience. Many things in the condo just didn't work i.e. lights, blinds, refridgerator shelf kept falling when you put anything on it. Condo was not child friendly, too many throw pillows, slippery floors, dangerous corners on dining room table. The pool was nice, but no childrens pool. We cleaned the condo and removed our food from fridge, threw all the trash away, just as i would have in other condo's I have rented. But we were charged an additional 150 out of our deposit, because they said it was left too dirty.
Owner response:We are very proud to say that all of our guests are great tenants and seldom have we ever had to keep any portion of a guest deposit for cleaning. However, when this guest left it took a crew of 4 over 3 hours to get this unit ready for another guest to arrive. She may have taken out some garbage, but they reported more than 8 bags of garbage had to be removed including food, dirty diapers and trash. We are very careful not to take advantage of our guests by keeping any of their deposit unnecessarily, but this was more than necessary. We did however, only cover the bill sent to us for all the extra cleaning by the cleaning company. We did returned the remaining portion of the deposit. If anyone would like to know further details concerning this reservation, we invite you to give us a call.
