-------------------------------------------------------------------
If you are looking to find the perfect balance of privacy and tranquility in the center of Wisconsin's most vibrant vacationland, this is it!
Enjoy your own private peninsula with 1056 feet of Lake Frontage, on Voyageur Lake, in the heart of Eagle River's Chain of Lakes.
The land, 1.5 acres, shaped like a uvula, is perfect for swimming, fishing, boating from the 2 private piers, and exploring the great Northwoods!
The house, with its picture windows, boasts outstanding water views on three sides. It faces south with eastern and western exposures providing sun all day, including spectacular sunsets!
A Voyageur View accommodates 7 people (linens provided), and has 2 (newer) bathrooms.
There is a large eat-in kitchen and an attached screened porch 30 feet from the waters edge---a perfect place to watch kids splash around!
On a cool night, pop in a DVD or tune in a ballgame on the Direct T.V. and cozy up next to the stone fireplace. Better yet, roast some marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit under the stars!
A VOYAGEUR VIEW is walking distance to the Lake Forest Golf Club and a health and fitness center.
There are numerous hiking trails in the area (Nicolet National Forest just a few miles east) and a marine for watercraft rental minutes away on Voyageur Lake. With its wealth of abundant wildlife and spectacular sunsets, nature plays a very active role in the beauty of A VOYAGEUR VIEW

For the past few years, our family only stays in VRBO's and this was one of the best experiences that we have had, no question. We had never been to Eagle River before and the owner was incredibly responsive anytime I had a question leading up to and during our stay. We drove 3.5 hours from our house to this beautiful, secluded property. It's a really clean house with lots of windows to look out on to the lake. Kitchen was good, had everything we needed. Bathrooms were nice, bedrooms were cozy, with linens clean and fresh. One of my big pet-peeves is personal stuff left around by the owners, which this house had NONE. We cross country skied from Voyageur View along the lake shore over to the golf course which helped burn off some calories from the huge breakfast we had at Leafs Cafe (nice rec.). My husband and son went ice-fishing for the first time near the dock. Saw many Eagles and took lots of pics. We cooked chili, watched movies, had fires, and played tons of cards. I highly recommend this property. I wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights, hopefully we will come back in the summer for a week ~ Rachael B. ps. thanks for the gift basket on the kitchen table !Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The property that this house is on is truly incredible. It's totally private. This year, we arrived early and caught the cleaning person on the way out. The house was VERY clean (which was a relief to my wife). We ate 90% of our meals on the screen porch which was beautiful. Our son caught TONS of fish right from the dock--a thrill for him. One of the highlights was taking our boat on a cruise to the next lake and playing beach volleyball at the Braywood restaurant- about 2 hours worth! The house was very comfortable and clutter free. We will be back for a 3rd stay. Thanks again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have stayed here 3 summers and absolutely love it. We were so bummed when we were not able to make it last year. But, we cant wait to get back this summer. Rick is fabulous! So accomodating and nice! The little touches....a bottle of wine, a jar of honey, the starbucks coffee...theyre all great! Makes you feel like youre staying at a friends home. My husband has also stayed during snowmobile season and was really pleased with his stay then too. The view is breathtaking and there is so much land where my kids and dogs have had a blast. My black lab was in heaven when he was there. You could NOT get him out of the water. We were so glad to have found such a great vacation home that let us bring our WHOLE family. I would recommend Rick and his hidden gem to anyone. We love it!! Thank you, Rick!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is definitely our favorite Eagle River vacation home. The home is clean, comfy and homey and the screen porch is delightful. The surrounding property is beautiful, very secluded and yet close enough to town to enjoy a day of shopping. Rick, the owner, is very accomodating and a delight to deal with. Bordered on three sides by Voyageur lake the views are stunning and memorable. I cannot think of a more enjoyable place to stay in Eagle River!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Voyageur View is a beautifully maintained property. The cottage is VERY clean and spacious. A wonderful screen porch can be used morning till night. Water frontage and view from this peninsula homestead helps create amazing privacy and seclusion. Great location on the middle of Eagle River chain. Relax in the hammock, enjoy sunsets and sunrises from the lakeside seating areas and docks, or read the day away in the screen porch. Fishing, boating, skiing, swimming or just sitting on one of the three docks keeps you "on the water" all day. Pet friendly makes it a plus. Rick Wilde is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this vacation property is because I'd like to keep this golden little secret to myself if I could.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
