Nestled in the rear of the Seascape Resort and Golf Club, this newly constructed Ariel Dunes II Development offers the finest in first-class accommodations for your Destin vacation. Upon entering the lobby area, you will be overwhelmed by the architectural design and unique features of these beautiful buildings. The spacious lobby provides access to the exercise gym and the sauna/steam room areas. Just beyond those entrances, you will view the pool area which is the largest (12,000 square feet) of any along the Emerald Coast.
ADII has 4 elevators for immediate access to the unit located on the 20th floor, and when you step out at that level you will immediately enjoy a panoramic view of Choctawhatchee Bay and one of our area's oldest golf courses (Seascape), which is beautifully manicured and landscaped for your enjoyment and playing pleasure.
The rental unit - new and clean - is decorated with casual, fresh beach-inspired furnishings and will accommodate 2 - 8 guests. Numerous amenities include : king size bed for the master bedroom, queen sized bed for the 2nd bedroom, queen sized sleeper sofa, a private bunk room, laundry room with washer and dryer, upgraded stainless steel appliances, tile floors, spacious and professionally decorated rooms, and state of the art entertainment systems. The living room has a 37" T.V. and the two bedrooms feature 32" units all made by Viewsonic.
This unit features one of the most breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico that you will ever witness. Step out of the living room or master bedroom onto the double wide (469 SqFt.) balcony and you can see all the way from Navarre Beach to the west to Blue Mountain Beach far to the east, approximately 30 miles from one point to the other. Relax and enjoy a view unrivalled anywhere else in the Panhandle.
As you relax in luxury you may want to order food from Cabana Cafe which is conveniently located on property in Building 1. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, dinner - everything from sandwiches and snacks to gourmet meals served in their beautiful dining facility. They also offer catering and in room service for your convenience.
To pass the time when not on the beach or golf course you may want to go shopping at any of the various malls or shopping centers. The area features Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons which includes Belk's Department Store, Bass Pro Shops, and Talbots just to name a few. Other featured shopping areas include the Market Shops of Sandestin and Baytowne Warf all of which are located with in five miles of the development.

Rates are plus 11% tax, $300 damage deposit and $125 Cleaning Fee.
