This luxury four bedroom, two bath vacation home,with lovely views to the rear and no neighbors, offers spacious accommodation over 2000 square feet. With a private and quiet deck area, the screened pool offers views onto a wooded conservation area.

A large, comfortable family room has access directly to the deck and pool. Formal dining room provides an elegant setting for that special meal or for entertaining. Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you may need. Laundry room with washer and separate dryer leading to double garage.

Offering many special features, this home has the benefit of electric heating that will keep the pool at a comfortable temperature for throughout the year.

Four bedrooms, sleeping eight comfortably - king master suite, with patio doors providing access to deck and pool, walk in closet, safe, large en-suite bathroom (tub, separate toilet, large shower and twin sinks). Queen with ample dresser and drawers, two further twin bed rooms,there is also a pull down suite which allows another two people bedding facilities,bringing a total of 10 people who can sleep in my home.
The home is set in a quiet street with around 10 homes,no rear neighbours gives total privacy,and peace.A short walk to the communal pool and tennis courts,the golf course onlt take 2 minutes to walk to from my front door,Publix supermarket,gas station,various resturants,banking facilities are all 2 minutes drive from my from front door,Waltmart is five minutes fron my front door,Disney is only 15 minutes from my front door.All the bedrooms have television,there are ample chairs and tables for outside sunbathing,the pool area has the sun from around 9am.If you want an excellent pristine home for outstanding value look no further than my home.Don't take my word for this have a look at my recommendations.

About the owner: My family are from Scotland and we have loved Florida ever since we first visited Florida over 20 years ago.We visit every year and never tire of visiting our home in the sun.Our first stay in our Florida home was with my wife and our 2 sons on 2002.Now Ten years on we have now just visited with my family and our new 2 year old grandaughter.She just loves the heated pool and of course Disney.

Why the Owner Chose Highlands Reserve:
When we first visited the area only a few homes had been built.When entering the street ,the name Troon was on the large walled entance to the street.We have a shop in Scotland in Troon.We had looked at othe properties but we loved the house,the area ,the builder was a well respected company and of course with having a a shop in Scotland in a place called Troon ,I think it was an omen that this was the place for our home in the sunshine state.The area is so quite but only a few minutes from shops and highways.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
The home has no rear neighbours ,the front is also not overlooked as the homes are well set apart with a small island seperating them.It is just so peaceful,but at the same time just 15 minutes from Disney.The highway and interstate are so easily navigated to even people from out of state will have no problem with directions.
