Our family members were able to stay in two different condos within walking distance of each other -- both owned by the same people. Both condos were very nice, comfortable and stocked with many amenities needed for a enjoyable stay. Location was centralized enough to visit sites like Hearst Castle, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Solvang, and especially the wine trails. We highly recommend these condos and will stay again if our travels take us to that location.

Had a lovely weekend. Very restful.Condo was very clean, quiet and lovely decor. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and washer/dryer came in handy. Bed was very comfortable. View of golf course was beautiful. We will surely return again. Much better than a hotel...more like home! Candyce was a pleasure to deal with.

Perfectly set-up condo, just like home! Reviewed on 06/04/2011 Cleanliness is our first priority when staying somewhere other than our own home, so my husband and I were thrilled at how incredibly clean and neat we found this condo. The owners have thought of absolutely everything necessary to guarantee their guests' comfort. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was, and the view of the golf course was very nice. Can't think of a thing we would have changed, it was a great place to stay. We will be back!

Candyce and art's two bedroom Blacklake condo on the ninth fairway was a comfortable home away from home. The condo, recently renovated, was spotless, well equipped and nicely furnished. Awaiting us on our arrival were a basket of goodies, a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit. Their condo also included a well stocked spice cupboard, daily newspaper delivery, free local phone service, satellite TV, high speed internet service, a BBQ and a well organized collection of information on the local and surrounding areas. All in all we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend renting from Candyce and art.

Candyce and art Espinoza have raised vacationing at their lovely condo to an art form. All is pleasing to the eye and certainly comfortable. The only thing one needs to provide is food, and depending on your length of stay, other staples. Candyce and art manage all this lovely caretaking in the least obtrusive way and you will surely feel as if you are in your own home. This has been our 3rd delightful, consecutive year at 1453 Golf Course Lane. The Condo is just the right size for 2 people and can accommodate 4 guests when needed.It has all the services we required such as TV, computer hookup, phone and more. The patio looks over the golf course and the condo is a close walk to the Pro Shop. The condo is very clean and decorated in a modern style. It feels to us a home away from home. We stayed at their 2 bedroom condo just down from the clubhouse at Blacklake Golf course for 6 days which was tooo short! kudo's to Candyce for the lovely welcome basket of "goodies' when we arrived. In additon, Candyce has prepared 3 extensive notebooks full of information concerning points of interest/history/entertainment and places to eat in the surrounding areas. Just fabulous!!! We managed to play all three courses at Blacklake and 18 holes at Avila Beach, visit the Guadelupe/Nipomo dunes and wildlife perserve, wineries and road trips as far as Morro Bay. In addition, we tried the various recommendations of eating places in the notebook. We have told all our friends about our find. We certainly want to return soon. Thank you making your condo feel like your own home.

Candyce and Art- We stayed at your golf course condo for 8 nights recently. This was not the first time we stayed at this condo and you have not let us down! Every visit has been a magical visit! We love visting the Central Coast and trying trying new restaurants and wineries in the area. This stay, we ate at Old Vienna restaurant in Pismo Beach! What a fun experience! We ate at the bar and had the most delightful conversations with the bartender as well as a local gentlement who has been going there for years. We also ate at Alex BBQ in Pismo Beach. The atmosphere was relaxing and the food delicious. When we come to the Central Coast, we LOVE to visit the wineries in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria Valley. Our favorite winery is Castoro Cellars in Paso. The tasting room is very lovely and has many items to purchase. The customer service people there are very friendly which makes this experience a must stop for us each time we're in the area. We also enjoy stopping at Baileyana/Tangent in SLO. The tasting room is in a small yellow school house that sits up a little higher from the vineyards across the street. They have a patio out front where you can enjoy your wine and snacks while looking at the beautiful hills in the distance and the vineyards! Tolosa winery in SLO is also a must stop. The tasting room is more modern than most and the wines are wonderful! We have just returned from our most recent trip, and I am already planning a 'girls getaway' in 2009!

Located half way between San Francisco and Los Angeles, Nipomo is the perfect getaway spot. The area still has that small country feel but also provides the entertainment you so desire!! If you like to play golf and relax, this is the perfect place for you. Candyce and Art Espinoza go out of their way to make your stay the most enjoyable and comfortable vacation ever. The provide every amenity that you can imagine, from the patio grill down to a coffee filter, they got you covered. They even have cookie pans to make chocolate chips cookies, which is tradition with us. The condos are very well appointed and comfortable and they feel just like home. We have stayed with them for 10 years in each of their two condos - one has a lovely golf course view and the other has a beautiful grove of oak trees and birds to watch and feed. Candyce even provides the peanuts and bird food! Blacklake provides something for everyone. You can walk to the Blacklake golf course, or play at Monarch Dunes or Cypress Ridge course which are both just a short drive away. You and the kids will love swimming in the pool and spa. View the golfers passing by or feed the scrub jays, orioles and quail. Or take a long walk amongst the Eucalyptus trees. If you love to be pampered, there is even a brand new day spa in town that is one of the best. There is something for everyone!! Pismo beach is just a short drive away. Enjoy the sand dunes and the Monarch butterflys. Like to shop? Pismo Beach Outlet is just a 15 minute drive away and it is a favorite of ours. Arroyo Grande's downtown historical village has plenty of antique and gift stores to peruse. And for the the wine connoisseur, take a moment to drive up through Edna Valley and enjoy some of the best wine San Luis Obispo has to offer. We stayed in the one story, two bedrom condominium over the Memorial Day weekend in 2008 and it exceeded all of our expectations. It was ideally situated on the golf course, near the clubhouse and swimming pool. It was attractive, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Candyce was very accommodating. We stayed in the two story condo. This place is a great value considering the ammenities, location, and it is immaculate. You need only to bring yourself...Candyce and Art have the condos fully stocked. Your home away from home. We saw both properties and both are exquisite. Great golf courses, and fantastic restaurants nearby. We even took the Amtrack to Santa Barbara for the day. We will definitely be back.

What a great Condo.....Thank you Candyce and Art ! Don't think you have missed anything....from the welcoming basket & extraordinarily clean,well appointed furnishings, to the view and peace and quiet....never mind that there are 27 holes of golf course to be played! Really appreciated the daily newspaper, internet and the swimming felt like such a bonus. The staff of the golf course treated us so well and everyone is so friendly and kind. My mother does an annual trip to the Central Coast in November where I usually meet up with her in Pismo Beach. This year my wife couldn't make it so my buddy and I decided to add some golf to the trip and stayed at this condo. We arrived to a wonderfully clean condo, set up the bbq and had steak and corn on the patio while overlooking the 9th fairway! We got up the next day and walked 200 yds to the first tee, played 18 holes for the condo discount on an seventy-eight degree November day. Everyone at he pro shop and grill was friendly, no attitude here. We had great meals in Pismo at night, meeting my Mom for dinner and brunch the next couple of days. There are several other great courses nearby or simply watch the sun set over the ocean while nursing a cold beer at one of the beach side bars and restaurants. Candyce even had a pass for the spa club so us old guys could soak away the aches from a few bad swings on the course. All this for less than the price of hotel rooms...Doesn't get much better than that.

We stayed in this condo for Feb 2006. As former owners in Black Lake, we know the area well. This is a very well furnished condo. A welcome basket was provided as well as daily delivery of the newspaper. It is a short walk to the golf course.

Again we have enjoyed our stay at Blacklake Golf Resort. The condo is beautiful and well equipted. Everything we needed was there. It is peaceful and quiet. The view of the Golf Course is wonderful. We had dinner at Far Western Tavern in nearby Guadalupe. There are so many places to visit and tour. The condo is central to all the nearby towns. We will return again next year. The location of the condo is perfect, good view of several holes on the golf course and less than a block from the clubhouse and pro shop,and eating. The condo is well furnished and very well maintained. The condo guest pass for the golf made good affordable golf and the golf club were very friendly and accomodating. The Resort is also located centrally for several other good afforable golf courses.The ocean beach is close by and available to all. There are many excellent shops and eating places in the very close by cities. We really enjoyed our month of August '02 there and are looking forward to the full month of Aug.'03 there. C & D Drury

We found this condo to be extremely clean and well maintained. I especially liked the view of the fairway. It was quiet and very private. Close proximity to golf was a real plus. The open floorplan make it seem larger then it is. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. Plenty of drawers and closet space. Very relaxing atmosphere. We had a great time and recommend this condo highly. We wanted to stay longer. Three days was not enough time to see everything the area had to offer.

Second time staying here on golf outing with another friend. Accommodations are great right off the Blacklake golf course. Nice and quiet place. Owners take very good care of the place and are very accommodating. Inside is very clean as well.

great, the little cities, the ocean and the golf make this a number 10 in my books. It is also nice to be in the country, i.e. 5 miles from Nipomo, the quiet, losts of birds singing and just the greenery of the beautiful sorrounding hills is hard to put into words. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and in a great area.
