Welcome to our newly remodeled and professionally decorated villa. 250 Evian is an upper end unit with a partially covered deck overlooking the lagoon and the 9th tee of Shipyard's Brigatine Golf Course but offering you privacy as well.
The entire 1450 square foot villa has been totally recarpeted, tiled, painted, and redecorated.
The Master Bedroom which looks out onto a wooded area and the lagoon offers a king size bed. There is also a chair and ottoman for reading, relaxing or enjoying the view as well as TV.
The Master Bath has a large soaking tub/shower with new cabinetry, knee hole for putting on your makeup, and new tile floors.
The Guest Bedroom has two new pillow top twin beds, TV, DVD player, and an adjoining bath - tub/shower combo - with new cabinetry, granite countertop, and new tile floor.
The Living Room has a NEW 42" PLASMA HDTV with DVR and a DVD player.
Additionally, there is a Queen Sofa Sleeper, Love Seat, and Desk Niche stocked with reading material.
The spacious Dining room seats 6 comfortably with French doors opening onto the deck. There is also a view of the lagoon and the golf course beyond the wooded area.
Our new Eat-in Kitchen, with table and 4 chairs, has all new appliances, granite countertops, new cabinetry, and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
While relaxing on our large partially covered Deck, also with a table and 4 chairs for dining, you can sit back relax and watch a Blue Heron catch dinner in our lagoon or you can go feed the turtles or catch a bass.
All of the amenities of Evian are available for your enjoyment at no additional charge- Pool, 6 lighted Tennis courts, Bike Trails, Lagoons, 4 acre Fishing Lake, and of course the Beach which is only six tenths of a mile from the villa.
BEACH LOCKER - to make your Beach Time more enjoyable, there is a locker at the Shipyard Beach Club which is directly on the beach. The Beach Locker contains lounge chairs for our guests' use at the beach; therefore no transporting beach chairs and items back and forth which can be challenging if you want to ride a bike to the beach.
BIKE RENTALS - contact RidingTigers 888-371-7115 or 843-686-5833. Travis & Stan have assured the lowest price on HHI for our guests. Suggest that you make reservation for bikes a couple weeks prior to arrival.
Evian is centrally located to enjoy all of the attractions of HHI- Beach, Golf, Tennis, Sightseeing, Water Activities, and Shopping. Additionally, Dining is a Great Experience on HHI with over 300 restaurants from which to choose, satisfying all tastes and budgets. Some guests have noted in the in-villa Guest Book some of their favorite restaurants and activities.

An Awesome Family Get Away!

We've stayed at a lot of places in HH, but this is now our favorite! This is a really beautiful unit. Not only is it beautifully decorated, but it's also very, very comfortable and homey! The layout is perfect. You can all gather in the living room and dining room and enjoy the group if you want. However, if you want privacy, you can go into a back bedroom and create your own little hideaway! It was really clean, with a lot of attention to detail. The kitchen was by far the most well equipped of any vacation rental I've ever stayed in. (You can tell someone who cooks stocked it.) The Evian community is very private and quiet. I was able to give my children a little more freedom on their bikes, which they really enjoyed. The ride to the beach was really easy, even for my little ones! I was able to swim at the pool with my younger children, while my older ones were fishing 20 feet away. Everyone we met there said they had been coming for years. Once you go there, it seems you don't go anywhere else.

My husband and I just returned yesterday from our fantastic vacation - I loved the entire villa, every area has been updated and was even better than the pictures which sold me on renting this particular one - the kitchen had everything and anything that you would desire. The decorating was extremely well done and contact with the owners was excellent. We loved the large flat screen TV in the living room and enjoyed having coffee outside every morning. I highly recommend you renting this villa. So very sad to leave.........

We have vacationed on HHI for 21 years and this is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. Very clean with many ammenities. The location is perfect...walk to beach. The beach locker is such a convienience. George and Lynn have provided all the comforts of home in their Evian condo. Can't wait to return!

Renters, look no further! The villa is spectacular!. We have been renting in HHI for years and this is by far the most impressive unit of them all. Very pristine and well maintained. The kitchen is gorgeous. The master bathroom is beautiful. Lots of space and amenties in and out of the villa. It feels like home away from home. The beach locker is worth its weight in gold. We rode our bikes daily to the beach- not even a 5 minute ride. Love the location of Evian as well as Shipyard. Tennis courts in Evian are very nice and it is a short jaunt to Van Der Meer. A nice leisurely bike ride to Signe's bakery for breakfast and Coligny for shopping is a must. We have found our rental unit for as long as we come to HHI!

The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed to make our HHI vacation enjoyable. We are definitely going to make recommendations to our family and friends!! We are not bike riders and made the quick drive to the beach twice a day. The condo's location was close to restaurants and shopping, especially the Pope Ave., Coligny Circle, and Shelter Cove areas.
