'Tequila Sunrise' is a fully furnished, beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath beach cottage located on the south side of 'Scenic 30A'. Situated in the idyllic 'Old Florida Cottages' beach community you are a short (200 yards) stroll to America's finest sugar white sand, emerald blue water beaches. Cobblestone pathways lead you through lush tropical landscaping to the community heated pool, gas grills, and cabana for a family cookout.
Take advantage of the many biking and jogging opportunities along the pedestrian friendly, 17 mile paved bike and walking path. You can also jump in your car for a short drive to quaint seaside villages, world class shopping, or to the Destin Harbor to dolphin watch as you wait to see the days catch come in.
'Tequila Sunrise' is perfect for an active or relaxing family vacation or a romantic couples getaway. The first floor is an open area gathering spot while the two bedrooms upstairs offer privacy for reading, napping, and rejuvenating. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's with cable. One room has a queen bed and the other has a full bed and twin daybed. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. You will enjoy leaving enough space in your suitcase to carry home all of the great buys at the Sandestin Outlet Mall or the treasures you will find in the many unique shops along 30A.
Don't forget to check out the many golf courses and amusement facilities or the festivals and concerts offered nearby. Go fishing at the 'world's luckiest little fishing village' in Grayton Beach. You will enjoy dolphin watching as you kayak or long board in the Gulf of Mexico. Soar over the water while learning to kit board or just sit and gaze at the water meditating on what life has to offer at the world's most perfect beach!
