Why the Owner Chose North Wildwood
The location is excellent; the boardwalk and beach are about 200 feet from the property. However, the most important points that encouraged me buy this property are the ability to see the ocean from the unit and the quality of the renovation work is a step above all the other condos I looked at.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
From the unit you can hear Kate Smith sing God Bless America over the boardwalk loudspeakers each morning during the summer. You can rent bicycles, indulge with waffles and ice cream and play mini golf next door. The beach is not so wide at 20th street compared to a few blocks south.
