Cool weather was perfect for long bike rides. Great restaurants nearby...loved "Skillets" for breakfast. Spacious bedrooms with great window views. Very attractive, comfortable living area. Was great to take our Yorkie on vacation with us.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I loved how quiet and peaceful the condo was this time of year. Loved bike riding to Coligny Plaza for breakfast, lunch, ice cream and dinner. I loved Jim's Tiki pool bar. Loved the floor plan. Kids downstairs and adults downstairs. I liked the windows and the island view.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We have owned this three bedroom/condo for ten years and plan on retiring in Hilton Head Island. The property has only been on the rental market for 5 of these years. We visit eight times a year and every visit we add upgrades to our condo/villa.
