After a long day on the slopes, sip on your favorite drink from our private hot tub over looking the valley below. We beleive we have the best views in our development as we are the second unit from the top! We are a Non-Smoking, family-owned condo and have been very fortunate to maintain a clean and comfortable setting for our renters who have an appreciation for quality. It's an amazing sight to see when your in the hot tub and one of the local moose come around the corner and you stare each other down.... nature at it's finest. Two new grocery stores, Starbucks, Sushi, shopping, movie theater, Blockbuster, etc. within minutes. Don't pay for downtown condo prices when your just minutes away!
Perfectly located with E-Z access to all seven world class ski resorts. Ranging from 8 minutes to 45 minutes drive time pending weather conditions. Great summer rates available as well. Give us a shot at making your next vacation a memorable one!! Remember to book early no matter who you go with. Last year was one of the best snow seasons in years!

Why the Owner Chose Pinebrook Pointe
Story has it, John Hoyt(lead partner)had been looking for a property for years. Having vacationed and skied at many locations throughout the western region of the United States, i.e. Colorado, Northern California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, he decided Park City, Utah was the best. He personally walked up the hill prior to the condo being built to visualize the best view on the mountain. Other reasons for Park City and this condo, the snow, easy access to the airport, short driving distance between all 7 world class ski resorts, and did I mention the snow. Summer also has many fun activities for familes or just to get away and enjoy some peaceful time in the mountains. That's my story , and I'm stickin to it. Dave
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
After a long day it's nice to step out into the hot tub on our deck and enjoy a beverage or two! For those individuals not wanting to go outside to our private hot tub, a jetted tub is available in the master bathroom. Great mountain views from most every room in our unit. It's also nice to pull into a heated garage when either loading or unloading your vehicle. Extra storage space to secure your belongings if need be. For those who just can't get away from the office, we have supplied a dedicated high speed broadband Comcast cable for you to hook your laptop up to in order to stay in touch with family, co-workers, or clients. We saw this as a great benefit to our renters through the years.
