After a long day on the slopes, sip on your favorite drink from our private hot tub over looking the valley below. We beleive we have the best views in our development as we are the second unit from the top! We are a Non-Smoking, family-owned condo and have been very fortunate to maintain a clean and comfortable setting for our renters who have an appreciation for quality. It's and amazing sight to see when your in the hot tub and one of the local moose come around the corner and you stare each other down.... nature at it's finest. Two new grocery stores, Starbucks, Sushi, shopping, movie theater, Blockbuster, etc. within minutes. Don't pay for downtown condo prices when your minutes away!
Perfectly located with E-Z access to all seven world class ski resorts. Great summer rates available as well. Give us a shot at making your next vacation a memorable one!! Remember to book early no matter who you go with. Last year was one of the best snow seasons in years!

01/5/09-03/15/09 ....... $300/night (2-4 days) .. $275/night (5-14 days).
03/16/09-Ski Close ...... $215/night (2-4 days) .. $185/night (5-14 days).
Ski Close to Ski Open .. $145/night (2-4 days) .. $115/night (5-14 days).
Sundance/President week same as Christmas Holiday rate. Minimum of 5 days
10% discount for repeat clients and no deposit. Call for 2009 discounts!!
$250 Deposit. $80 cleaning fee deducted from deposit if less then 7 day rental
