The Artisan's House is a small and and comfortable apartment located in the historic centre of Cortona, in Vicolo Rinfrena, a medieval street, once full of artisans'Botteghe'(shops). It is only 5 minutes walking distance from parking spaces.
Perfect for a relaxing and simple holiday in Cortona. Cozy and at the same time functional. It was built using local materials: stone and wood. Ceilings with wooden beams and floors in 'cotto. It is perfect for families with kids, since it has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 beds divided by a wall partition.
Just few minutes walking distance to Via Dardano, full of restaurants and shops, and to the main Via Nazionale. For rent all year round. It Can sleep up to 4 people. Good deal-good price
It is developed on 2 levels:
- On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, equipped kitchen/dining room/living room with table, chairs, sofa and TV, small utility room and bathroom with shower. An internal staircase connects the ground floor with the first floor.
- On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom with 2 bedside tables and wardrobe, an other double bedroom with 2 bedside tables and wardrobe, 2 single beds separated by a wall partition. In this room one bed is French size (bigger) and one is single.

Prices include: Water, gas, and electricity. Bathroom and bedroom linen with 1 weekly change and weekly cleaning. Prices do not include: Heating € 40,00/week to be paid directly to the owner.
