From our convenient location on Hwy. 98 E across from Airport Road, you can walk to The Back Porch or Ruth's Chris Steak House, just to name a few. Shopping is great up and down the beach with Silver Sands Factory Stores being a favorite. The kids will love Big Kahuna's water park & The Track which are nearby.
This beautifully decorated and maintained condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico will make your vacation a dream come true. Your key will arrive before you leave home. You can then pull into your assigned parking space in the building and ride up to the 12th floor on the high-speed elevator. This condo, located in the newer west building, is the height of convenience and luxury.
This is a beautiful, quiet resort with security and limited access. This upscale family resort does not accept guests under the age of 25 without supervision. No smoking and no pets allowed. We love Snowbirds, and they can extend their stay through mid-March at a prorated rate. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our condo. We feel that it is one of the nicest on the beach and that you will love it.

Destin's beach is the best anywhere with white sand and clear water, and our beach service provides chairs & umbrellas to maximize the experience. Our swimming pools & hot tubs overlooking the Gulf of Mexico complete the picture. The floor plan of our condo is our favorite of all we've seen with all rooms having beach views. Also the secure, upscale environment adds to the experience. Silver Beach is in the middle of everything yet has a spacious feel with lots of beach frontage. We can walk to dinner and can easily get to great shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and entertainment. Also I vacationed in the Silver Beach cabins as a child and have fond memories of this very spot. It is perfect for us.

The 12th floor view from our condo is unsurpassed with the beautiful water and white sand taking center stage. In the evening, the lights along the curve of the beach are gorgeous from our comfortably furnished balcony. Sea life swimming in the clear water is easy to observe from our perch above the beach. Our 50" TV is perfect for those Fall football games or for movies on a rainy day. Also a selection of books, games, and beach toys are available for your enjoyment. The bright, cheerful decor of our condo is our favorite of those we have seen. Quality mattresses and high thread count sheets add to your vacation pleasure. A perfect vacation site awaits you!

My husband & I live in Louisiana where we both grew up (Houma & Alexandria) but have also lived in CA, AR, & TN. We have two children and are expecting our first grandchild in Jan. 2012. Real estate investments keep us busy, and travel, cooking, and photography are fun for us.

My wife and three kids spent our Easter break at this wonderful condo. We were very impressed with the Silver Beach Towers. It is very clean, updated and a very safe area. The condo itself was beautiful and was also extremely clean and comfortable. Don't hesitate to rent this place for a wonderful time in Destin FL.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Don & Kathy, We've had the best time this week at your condo. It has been by far the best and most relaxing vacation in a long time! This was a surprise for our daughter during spring break. She was thrilled. We spent some great quality time with each other just talking, walking on the beach, eating in & out (Crab Trap, The Donut Hole) and of course shopping. We can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful place with us. We hope to be back next year.

It's so relaxing here. We just ate breakfast on the balcony and were so mesmerized by the sound of the ocean. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves all night. This is a much needed vacation for us and we really appreciate your sharing your condo with us. Thanks so much!
