This beautiful 3 story, Non-Smoking, waterfront vacation home, with a heated pool, is just two half blocks (1300') from the Beach on prestigious Holiday Isle. It has over 3800 square feet for your enjoyment and sits on the water at the first canal off Destin Harbor. There is an 8' x 90' long dock for your boats and fishing, as well as parking for your trailer in the double driveways.
The designer kitchen and dining areas have great entertaining qualities and plenty of seating. The den features a brand new Big Screen LCD television and stereo system. There are two master suites great for multiple families. In addition, the recreation room on the pool level has been finished with a large living area, kitchenette, and table games. It includes a full bath and bedroom, accommodating up to six guests.
There is a custom master suite on the third floor with its own balcony, his and hers dressing rooms, and double vanities. The bathroom features a large Jacuzzi Garden Tub and private shower overlooking the harbor. It's a great romantic escape! The second floor master suite features its own entrance to the massive rear deck overlooking the pool and dock.
This bath has a separate vanity area with a huge closet and a shower revealing dual shower heads. The other four bedrooms are as follows respectively: twin bunk beds, two twin beds, a queen bed, and the bedroom on pool level with two double/twin pyramid beds.
There is a spacious rear deck, spanning across the entire house, overlooking the pool and dock. It's great for grilling and lounging after a busy day on the water. All guests acknowledge swimming is at their own risk, as there is no lifeguard or pool alarms.
The pool level/game room, is perfect for those just off the boat, out of the pool, or in from the beach. There is a living area complete with tv and stereo system, while table games include ping-pong, air hockey, and foosball.
BOATERS AND FISHERMEN: A fish cleaning area is set-up on the 90 foot dock with running water, cleaning table, sink, and shore power. There are also new automatic halogen lights, underneath the wharf, to attract fish at night. It's great entertainment at night for the kids.
The reservation/damage deposit is $600. Half of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival and the other half of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to arrival. Damage deposits will be refunded within 10 days of departure.

We celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary by inviting our children and grandchildren to join us for a beach vacation in Destin. This home looked like the perfect place for us, and it did NOT disappoint! With 7 grandchildren under the age of 10, eating "in" was a better option, and everyone enjoyed the food. The kitchen was big and roomy and had plenty of seating for visiting as well as eating. We even ate some of the fish the guys caught when they took a deep-sea fishing trip with Sweet Jody's. We boiled the crabs they caught out back - the dock was such a fun experience. I have pictures of grandchildren catching their first fish there, and the back view of the harbor was gorgeous! The beach was fabulous in the mornings, and we enjoyed the pool the rest of the day,and the game room, and the beautiful new TV - what a clear picture! We even got a great family picture in front of the palm trees in front. We will ALWAYS stay at this location when visiting Destin....great memories! Many thanks to the owners for keeping it so well maintained. Thank you, Steve! It was a dream vacation!

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our 3 children and 5 grand children. The house was perfect for us with the large game room, deck and spacious bedroom and living areas. The indoor temperature was very comfortable even though it was approaching 100 degrees. We were traveling from four different locations so the off-street parking was absolutely necessary. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again.

My friends and I have been going to the Billy BowLegs Festival in Ft Walton for 18 years. We stayed at many different places over the years but 4 or 5 years ago, started staying at this house on Noriego in Destin. We won't ever stay anywhere else as long as it is available. The house is always clean, great beds, very large open kitchen-dining room-living room area. It also has a second "apartment" downstairs with its' own bathroom, living room and kitchenette if someone wants to be seperate from the group. The dock and pool are great to boat during the day and lounge in the pool at night. The main business section, restaurants, clubs and Crab Island are just a short boatride away. Rent a boat or bring your own - fantastic set up. The beach is a short walk away also. In the heart of Destin and close to everything you need, groceries, gas, shops and the best restaurants on the Panhandle. This is the perfect spot and the owners are always easy to work with and always accomadating to their guests. The photos don't do the house justice - it is great. My friends tease me because I live at Myrtle Beach but vacation in Destin - this house is one of my reasons for the trip every year. You will go once and always come back.

Owner's communication was great, everything that you need in the house is there. We had family from Texas and Kentucky meet there (10 of us total) and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their personal space and then some. The kids ages 11, 10, 6, 6 were all kept entertained all week, even so much that they didn't even desire to go to the beach one day...:) The games in the basement kept them entertained at night (kind of had their own little apartment down there), and when were were at the house during the day and some at night we all used the swimming pool, grill, and fished off the dock. (We had the most luck with frozen shrimp fishing on the bottom). Overall it was one of the best vacations we have had and the accomodations really assisted with the overall experience. Went on a 6 hour deep sea fishing trip on the "One of a Kind" and caught a ton of fish, then when to the Fisherman's Wharf and they prepared them for us for about $10 each. You have a wonderful home and we had a vacation that my boys will remember for quite some time. Thanks again!

I would recommend this house to be your rented home, which really feels like home away from home, to anyone that wants to get away. We had so much fun just at the house visiting with each other, swiming and fishing at the same time. The pool is close to the walkway of harbor that you can talk with each other. Then the beach is very short walk and a wagon in garage to put beach things in, very cool. Had a blast on the beach and this is absolutely the most beautiful ocean you will ever see. Had not been there for over 15 years; and it is wonderful. Left a couple extra water noodles and beach chair in the garage for the next vacationers; hope to get back there some time. My son was married on the beach in Ft. Walton,and was only 15 minutes from our house. It was great to be close to dining and shoping.. No trouble finding plenty of places to eat and shop. Some of our guest went deep sea fishing on Sweet Jody, which again was close by to get to. This was difinitely the best vacation ever and with this house, we were able to actually stay together and yet have plently of space for privacy. God blessed us very well and it was just like gloryland for us. The owner was helpful in answering all questions before getting there and very understanding. The house was very clean and had that home feeling about it. Again, my son was married on the Saturday we left and some day hope to go there again, we just fell in love with the home and the area. Also soaked up some of that golden Florida sun and bringing it back home with me. Thank you so much!

My family and I just returned from Destin and we have a wonderful time. My daughter got married on the beach and it was beautiful. The house was great we had plenty of space and the kids loved the game room in the basement. I believe the kids enjoyed the pool every day. We had such fun and did a lot including putt putt golf, holding a live alligator and parasailing. Everything we wanted from shopping to restaurants was very close. We cooked several meals in and loved the big kitchen. It's was a perfect place for our large family with children rangeing from 1 yr to 9 yr. Thank you so much for sharing your home Steve and Holly. We will definitely keep your home in mind for future trips.

We are grandparents with 2 daughters [and husbands] with families that include 5 grandchildren. We stayed a week in this beautiful home. It is nicely located so it is an easy walk to the gulf beach for private beach fun. The house has a private pool that kept the family fully occupied during non-beach times. The game room in the lower level was great for burning off excess energy of the grand children. There was more than adaquate space so that when there was a need for quite time, space was available. We had a boat that we parked at the dock behind the house and had ready easy access to Bay or Gulf fishing. It was a short trip to shopping if needed or great resturants. We can truely say it was the nicest family vacation we have ever had. The owner of the home was very helpful to make our stay special.

This house is great for large families and we had a wonderful time. The pool is a great size for all family members. The kitchen facilities are excellent, pots and pans, etc. The game room downstairs kept the kids busy at night. The house is very spacious and we never felt like we were running into each other. The decks outside were wonderful and we would sit every night until dark. The kids enjoyed trying to catch the fish and crabs off the dock. It was very entertaining for them and the adults as well. The beds were very comfortable and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our summer vacation.
