Located directly on the Silver Buck ski run, this new condo offers true ski-in/ski-out access. Your NEW quad high speed chair lift is just feet in front of your balcony. Considered the best skiing Deer Valley has to offer avoids the crowds that start at Snow Park or Silver Lake Lodges.
This fourth floor bright sunny PREMIUM corner unit condo has some of the best views available looking 1500 feet directly up the ski runs of Flagstaff Mountain. The condo has a spectacular open great room with terrific views of the mountains & ski runs. The unique wood floors are made from reclaimed wood from an old 1886 barn in Ohio. The kitchen has granite countertops and a large bar with bar stools. The Wolf stove includes a griddle for making those scrumptious pancakes before a ski day. The refrigerator, wine cooler and microwave are all Sub Zero. The dishwasher is a super quiet Asko. It is fully equipped for all your cooking and drinking needs.
The living room has a 42 inch LCD HD flat screen TV with DVD player over the gas fireplace. Just flip a switch and you have instant ambiance in the fireplace.
The powder room is off the front hall. One closet holds the Maytag stacked washer and dryer. All three bedrooms are covered with soft, wool carpet and each has their own full adjoining bath and flat screen TV’s and a Wii system.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, two end tables with lamps, full size dresser, large mirror and cable TV. You can lay in bed and enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains through the extra large window.
The adjoining bath has radiant heated floors, granite countertops, two sinks, a jetted tub, a large glass enclosed shower and a separate toilet room. The floor in the bathroom has radiant heat to keep your feet warm as you get ready for your morning ski.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, two night stands with lamps, a dresser and a mirror. The adjoining bathroom has a shower/tub combo with one sink and a granite counter top.
The third bedroom has a double/single bunk bed, flat screen TV, a nightstand, lamp, Wii games, and a full adjoining full bath.
Each bedroom has a humidifier for your comfort.
The building has underground, heated parking. The heated ski locker room is on the first floor which includes your own ski locker with boot warmers. On this same floor is the Arrowleaf Lodge Hearth Room. It includes a comfortable lobby with 2 computers with internet access, a Starbucks professional grade coffee/espresso/hot cocoa machine and a library seating area. It also boasts a 100 year old restored Brunswick slate pool table, dart boards, games and a large stone fireplace with lots of comfy seating.
Outside the ski locker room is the fire pit and two Jacuzzis for your enjoyment. MAJOR BONUS: Take advantage of the convenient FREE Dial A Ride Chauffeur service to get around town. They will pick you up at the front door and drop you several spots around town, and then return home when you are ready.
