SUNSHINE BEACH COTTAGE: Sleeps up to 8, 2-bdrm house plus 1-small "bunk house" with 1 full bath. Just a short stroll to the unique Village of Capitola and the large sandy Beach. Renovated in the vintage 1950's style, this house is charmingly furnished with light and lovely details. The fenced-in back yard has two small brick patios and a grassy lawn area that is great for pets and kids to frolic on.
Enjoy the 40" flat screen TV in the living room with satellite TV reception and a DVD player. The fireplace provides comfort and ambiance on chilly days. There is a dining room next to the full kitchen with a gas range and oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware and utensils.
The two bedrooms are comfortably appointed with Queen sized beds and furnished in lovely cottage decor. The bathroom is clean and bright. Linens and towels are provided. A high quality, full sized inner spring sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping room for two in the main living area.
The fun little detached cottage in the back yard (called the "bunk house") has twin bunk beds and provides a wonderful retreat for the kids. A second little cottage in the back contains a washer & dryer and two bicycles you can use to ride about town.
The house features secured wireless internet so you can keep in touch with the world if you wish. Better still, come to this peaceful cottage for some R&R and leave your cares behind.
This is the perfect place for a family beach getaway, a romantic retreat, or a fun girl's weekend.
