The crystal white sands of the beach are less than 10 minutes from the home. A community swimming pool, club house, tennis courts and shuffle boards are here for your use.
This home has three nice bedrooms, a large living area and a separate dining area. The master bedroom suite has a large garden style tub, a separate shower and a walk-in closet. The 2nd bathroom has a full tub/shower enclosure. There is a roll top desk in the Master Bedroom. A LARGE SCREEN TV & DVD/MP3 PLAYER are in the living room. Additional TVs and DVD Players are located in the Master Bedroom and the second bedroom. All rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort.
A NEW large screened room has just been built on the back of this home, next to the water. Lounge chairs, an outdoor table and chair set are here for your relaxation. Lay back in you lounge chair while watching the sunset. Let someone catch dinner for you from the fresh water lake. Then grill it on your outdoor charcoal grill. The first bag of match light briquettes will be provided. At the end of the day, watch a movie on your 52" BIG SCREEN TV, complete with DVD Player. Real tired? Just kick back and enjoy a show from one of the private TV’s in one of the bedrooms.
This is a rare find, a beach house with a two car attached garage. Protect you car in this two car garage with electric opener while you stay on the beach (game table need to be moved to accomodate 1 vehicle). You may not be able to get yourself to leave, that’s ok, just ask about a long term rental.

There is parking on the property for three vehicles. Parking for one in the garage (if the tables are moved), parking for two in the driveway. Temporary additional parking for guest across the street.
This home is located in an excellent area! Just minutes to the crystal white sands of the gulf and approximately 20 minutes to Panama City International Airport!

* Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years of age..Age Verification Required (email or call for exceptions)
* No more than 10 person occupancy
* ALL WEEKLY RATES ARE FOR UP TO 6 PEOPLE. ADD $25/person/week. Montly rates are for up to 4 guests additional $100/person/month per additional guests.
* All rates listed are discounted Family Rates, unless listed. Additional $200/Group/week. Full rates are listed at our web site (listed below "Links to more information").
THESE RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED and monitored by Alternative Beach Rentals...failure to adhere will result in forfeited deposit..at owners discretion
* A $250 - $500 REFUNDABLE Deposit to reserve unit.
* Minimum age 21 to rent, however, Groups under 26 years of age have a $1000 Refundable Deposit.
* Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date. There is a $50 cancellation fee regardless of time. No shows will be charged one weeks rent.
