Just 4 miles south of Naples Cay is the charming area of Old Naples. Here you will find Fifth Avenue and surrounding blocks, the historic section of town where you can enjoy dinner in one of the many fine restaurants, then browse through the specialty shops, art galleries, and walk out onto famous Naples Pier.
Renovated in 2007, this sought after end unit offers a southern exposure and the only location in the Club with breathtaking views of Venetian Bay, Village on Venetian Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and Naples itself. The end unit affords more room than the interior units, with additional windows for the sun to stream through. The views entice you to walk outside through the lovely grounds of Naples Cay and down Venetian Way for breakfast at a local restaurant or dinner after the beach.
The master bedroom suite with king size bed has a slider to the lanai for your morning coffee, a tiled master bath with granite counters, large walk-in closet, and separate tiled shower.
The second bedroom for your family or friends has a guest bath with granite counters, and a tiled bath/shower across the hall. The den can be used as a bedroom, with a closet and high end queen size sofa bed. (Guests have commented on how comfortable and thick the mattress is!) There is a built in desk for your work area, with WiFi internet connection.
The sparkling white kitchen is fully equipped, with granite counters and breakfast bar. It looks out on the dining area and living room, which has a slider to the lanai. The dining table is generous, with six chairs for meals and game playing. Enjoy the views from the balcony with its table and chairs for meals, morning coffee, or drinks while the sun sets. If you look carefully you may even see the dolphins and manatees frolicking!
A high efficiency washer and dryer are in the unit, with shelving and ample storage. An ironing board and iron are also available. TV’s, DVD, and VCR are provided.
The state of the art Fitness Center on the Lobby level is well equipped, with dry and steam sauna, and showers. It overlooks the beautiful pool area. Nestled at the front of the Club between the mangroves and the Gulf, the newly resurfaced pool is large enough for both lane swimming and family fun. There are many lounge chairs, a hot tub, outside shower, and tables and chairs with umbrellas for those who want to be shaded while they read or have a picnic.(A library of books to borrow is in the lobby.)A gas grill and picnic table are onsite, as well as 2 tennis courts.
While revelling in the rare mile-long pristine beachfront (voted in the Top Ten Beaches by National Geographic Traveler), you can watch from the lanai as the beach is groomed daily. The waters typically are calm and perfect for swimming, and many days you can watch the dolphin feeding on schools of fish. Walk north along the beach to the waterfront restaurant, passing undeveloped nature preserves and enjoying the birds, fish, wildlife and freshly washed up seashells. After lunch there, continue your walk to Clam Pass. Pelican Bay will be to your north, and Parkshore to your south.
