Chris and Brian's condo was perfect for our beach vacation. The condo is well equipped and very clean. It is just a very short walk to one of my favorite beaches. The kitchen has all the essentials any one could need, even an ipod dock! Looking forward to returning in the future.

Last Minute Get-away

My wife and I decided to take a last minute get-away with our younger son during his school spring break. Chris was so helpful in allowing us to book last minute. Their place turned out to be everything decribed and more. Nicely decorated with all the personal touches you find at home. Your 50 yds to the beach. You sit on the porch and listen to the waves. We enjoyed our stay so much at the Islander Resort we are considering purchasing something in the future. We can't wait to rent from Chris again! Excellent Rental!

We had an awesome time at Priceless over the 2011 Thanksgiving weekend! The kitchen was well-equipped so we enjoyed a feast with extended family. We were also able to watch our favorite teams; although, we could have had better outcomes. The place was very comfortable and updated, with easy access to beach and ample parking for three cars. We loved being able to take our dog for an additional fee. Chris was a gracious host and we would love to return!

Our family stayed at "Priceless" and we enjoyed it tremendously! The villa is exactly as stated. The views were great and the "quiet" end of the beach was an added plus. All furniture and amenities were up-to-date. The games and toys for the children, and the elevator were also great. And last, but certainly not least, the owner was "one in a million"!! She was so helpful and extremely friendly. This is one home that you would not regret staying at.

We spent a week at Chris and Bryan's villa in August of both 2010 and 2011. We were very happy with the accommodations and glad that we could bring our cairns with us. The owners closet beneath the unit has everything you might need for a week at the beach. We especially enjoy sitting on the covered deck and watching the ocean with our family, friends and pets.

FABULOUS Villa...

We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. This location is extremely nice and very clean. The walk to the beach is closer than that of any large resort you could stay in oceanfront. The views are amazing (there are oceanfront houses in front of you, but they are all beautiful)!!! The outside patio furniture was a delight and the fully stocked kitchen was splendid. We also are very grateful that you allowed us to take our Shiz Tzu on vacation with us. We got to experience some awesome waves, find some beautiful sea stars and shells - compliaments of Hurricane Earl - and the weather was absolutely beautiful! Although we did not utilize the resorts pool access we did walk there and it is close to the villa. We want to thank you for allowing our familly to enjoy your vacation home. We would definately rent again!

GREAT VACATION

My family of 12 stayed in this beautiful villa for our annual weekly vacation. Everything stated on the owner's site, we found to be absolutely true. Each room is beautifully decorated and radiated a feeling of comfort and warmth. We loved sitting on the deck, catching the breeze off the ocean while rocking in the chairs and enjoying our grandchildren. We were steps away from the ocean and pool, and minutes from shopping, putt-putt, and great seafood in Calabash. The villa had everything we needed and the owners are sincere in their desire to help make your vacation/trip one of the best ever. Chris, thank you for everything and we will definitely recommend your villa to friends and family, as well as hope to stay there again. Thank you also for your personal interest and prayers for my family!

Wonderful Home away from home

This Villa has all the amenities a family needs from Kitchen supplies, to bedding options, wireless and cable. The owners were available pre-vacation as well as during our holiday to help or provide valuable information to make our stay more enjoyable! Being able to bring my small pup with the family allowed me to have a more relaxing time as I didn't need to stress about where she stayed and she got to enjoy the ocean in the evening as well. I've stayed in many places in OI but my experience with the owners as well as the Villa have guaranteed me a lifetime of memories yet to be created as I will absolutely be returning to their wonderful "home". Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Our family stayed at this wonderful condo for a long Memorial Day weekend. Great location, very close to beach access and pool. We loved sitting on the large deck looking at the ocean. Plenty of space for all of us and loved having our dog with us. Great ammenities and beautiful decor. Will definitely stay again in the future. Thank you so much Chris!!

"Priceless" is Priceless!

We had a wonderful time in Ocean Isle Beach in April 2010 and our accommodations in "Priceless" made our experience exactly what we envisioned. We were there for the wedding of our daughter and the unit was just perfect for our needs. The unit was well furnished, cozy, clean and met all of our expectations! We even had time to enjoy relaxing on the back deck! The owners were very accommodating of our requests and because of that our "wedding week" was just perfect! Thank you, Chris & Brian!

Chris, The place was great. Our family had a great time. All the 'extras' in the place far exceeded our expectations. The proximity to the beach and pool was perfect. The island was very quiet and family friendly (especially compared to Myrtle Beach proper). No complaints at all. We typically go every other year and will definitely look you up for 2010.

We just finished up our week in Ocean Isle. We had eight adults, three kids under age 2, and a dog, and it went quite well. For the most part, the condo is terrific. Plenty of space, a great porch with rocking chairs to soak up the evening breezes. And the owners supply a lot of nice little touches, like wireless internet, books and movies, a fully-stocked kitchen, etc. It's on the first floor, which makes moving in easy. Location is very good, just across from the beach. Only complaints are very minor - the pots and pans for cooking are pretty dinged up, the stove top burners don't seem to heat evenly, the carpet could use a good steam-cleaning, and we could have used a hook on the back of the door of the second bedroom. But those are minor things. All in all, a very good experience.
