Built in the 12th century within the ancient walls of historic San Quirico, this spacious three-bedroom flat, Bella Casa, has been completely renovated and beautifully decorated with splendid pottery, handmade quilts, and beautiful Tuscan antiques. Awake each morning to the gentle chime of church bells and the smell of freshly baked bread from the local bakery.

Inside, this unique flat includes a very comfortable living room with good lighting and a spacious country kitchen with fireplace and a large kitchen table. The owners like to cook, so you will find a kitchen well stocked with plenty of cooking equipment.

Downstairs, on the ground level, the flat features a separately accessed master bedroom suite with queen-size bed and private bath. Upstairs, there is a full bath and two bedrooms. This flat is perfect for two couples with plenty of room for privacy.

Outside, you enter through an ancient courtyard off the quiet main street. While in the rear, all the windows overlook your own large, private garden where you can sit among the olive trees, the grape arbor, and the wisteria vines. The village offers ample, free parking only 50 meters from the flat.

In San Quirico, there are at least 10 good dining spots with all within walking distance of the flat. Also the village offers grocery stores, a swimming pool, a park, 2 banks, retail shops and historic buildings.
