Enjoy your stay within this beautifully decorated 980 square foot one bedroom; two bath villa. Every room has been renovated; including fresh paint throughout, bamboo flooring in the living area, new tile in the baths and kitchen, and new cabinets, appliances, and granite counter tops in the fully furnished kitchen.
The inside of the villa does not compare to the exceptional view from the rear of the unit. The villa is situated on a tidal marsh, where at high tide, the marsh becomes filled with water. Dolphins have been spotted splashing around as the tide moves out. The marsh is filled with activity from birds to deer to other wildlife.
The rental does not include the use of Fripp Island amenities, but two bicycles are available. A golf cart is also available for use for an additional fee.
