The perfect place

We flew into Pensacola for a 50th anniversary celebration, and five of us rented this house for a week. The pictures posted on VRBO are accurate, but they don't show just how spacious the home is. The home is less than three miles from the airport, and finding our way was no problem. It was a chilly night, and we opened the door to find the heater turned on and a light awaiting us. Everything was spotless, with the kind of homey touches that you'd never find in a hotel or motel, and we really appreciated it. The floors were gorgeous, all highly polished wood, the rooms were big and the lot was huge. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was even a stock pot on the service porch that I used to make a big pot of chicken noodle soup. I was able to feed all of the relatives the day after the party, and they really appreciated it. We were quite close to the downtown area, and we enjoyed a lunch at the Fish House on our first day there. The Naval Aviation Museum was a fascinating place, one that I would enjoy visiting again; we attended the tree lighting at the lighthouse, and I would recommend it to visitors who come in early December. If we have occasion to return to Pensacola, I would definitely rent this home again.

This house was perfect for our stay! Its was a lot larger than it looks in the picture. The only complaint I have is the main living room needed more decorations and the wash machine ruined some of my cloths. We had to disassemble it to get my shirt out without breaking the machine or ruining my shirt. The house was VERY clean and had every little thing we needed! Our deposit came back quickly! During our vacation and stay here, my boyfriend proposed to me! So this house will always have a special place in my heart! We are planning on having our wedding in pensacola! <3

You will love this rental. Christie and Tina thought of everything. This was our second stay at That 50's House and it was as good as the first. We were able to entertain our son and his wife's family during their graduation from PCC. The house is very clean with all the amenities provided. Christie and Tina were fabulous to work with. Lots of timely and thorough communication. We loved both our trips staying at this rental and look forward to visiting again in the future. For all you PCC parents, this is a much better option for your family than staying at a hotel in town. Convenient to the college, shopping, restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. Loved it loved it loved it. Thanks Christie and Tina for providing a nice home and so glad we found it.

My husband and I stayed the weekend before Christmas and could not have been more pleased with this clean, safe and conveniently located home. It was the perfect place for our two young grandsons to spend some time with us. It truly is a home away from home. The pictures do not do it justice. Just having a fenced in yard for the kids and dogs was worth re-booking for next year. The 50' House gives VRBO a good name!

Our family of six spent four nights in this Pensacola rental. It was great and perfect for our family Thanksgiving spent in the Pensacola area visiting our son and daughter-in-law who attend Pensacola Christian College. It was very clean and up to date, as described. Christina and Tina thought of everything a visitor would need while renting the house with a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, linens, and even the laundry room ready with all you need to keep up on the family laundry. The house was much more spacious than we expected from the pictures. It included Direct TV in the family room and two bedrooms, and wi-fi. It is a quick 20 minutes to the beach and very close to all the shopping (the women in the family easily made several trips back and forth to the shopping areas on black Friday). We highly recommend this rental. We have stayed in several rentals in the Pensacola area and this would be our first choice for location, convenience, and a spacious home. And of course, the price is amazing. Thank you Christine and Tina. We are looking forward to our next visit in May.

Everything was perfect! We will be back. Convenient location, beautiful hardwood floors, tastefully decorated, well appointed kitchen with all you need to cook a feast, and all this in a 3 bedroom two bath home for the price of a hotel room. The separate living room and den and the dining room with a big table gave us plenty of room to spread out. I cant say enough, go check it out, you will be glad you did

The pictures don't do this home justice! It is VERY spacious and well maintained. I have all kinds of allergies(dust, mold, strong perfumes or cleaning odors) and there was nothing in the house that set them off. It was very clean and no overpowering odors from anything used to clean it. The owners put some really nice personal touches like local maps, reading material of various sorts and board games, as well as the standard ones. Much better than most of the time shares we've been to. There is a nice sized back yard with a tall fence. They allow pets, and our dog enjoyed having the backyard to run around in. The neighborhood is quiet, and minutes from beaches, downtown and the University of West Florida. We loved the place! We hope to be able to come back again at some future time.

We loved the house, it was roomy, clean, comfortable, a nicely equipped kitchen and laundry, on the same floor, had a great fenced back yard for our dog. A clean garage that we used to keep the van out of the heat. The kids loved having their own room, we did also. It was a good neighborhood, quiet and close to everything that we wanted to do. There were books and games there that were fun to play with the family. We can not say anything else except it was awesome and we couldn't ask for anything more. Hopefully this comment does not make the schedule fill up so we can't book it again. We will definitely make plans there again to visit our daughter that is attending college there. We spent a week in that 50's house and enjoyed it so much. We found it to be clean, and comfortable. It was very nicely furnished. The large yard had a clothesline for our wet swimsuits and beach towels, and was a perfect place for our dogs to play frisbee. The covered patio was furnished comfortably and offered a nice place to grill out. A new Weber was provided for our use. The home was cozy, yet large enough for us to host a dinner for our extended family. Everyone had a place to sit. We highly recommend this property to others, and will look forward to staying again in the future.

This house was perfect for our group. We wanted a place where everyone could have their own space and not feel cramped up in a tiny hotel room. The house provided everything we needed for a great price. I was extremely impressed with how clean and comfortable the rooms were. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Pensacola.
