I chose to purchase this condo specifically because of its' location and accessibility. I was able to secure one of the most desirable locations within the community. It helped that I was the onsite Manager at the time they were being sold. It was the perfect oppurtunity for my family and I to make our first investment other than our primary residence here in "sunny" Naples, Florida.

David Puskaric is an accredited Property Manager and a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM). He holds several Continued Education Certificates and is well versed in matters such as Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws. He was awarded "Property Manager of The Year" in 2004 and Employee Of The Year in 2005 while working as an employee for another management company.
