Lovely new home, professionally decorated with modern furnishings and decor. Travertine floors throughout with berber carpeting in two of the bedrooms. Home completed construction in 2006 and is the perfect location for anyone wishing to enjoy a relaxing get-a-way.
First level consists of a two car garage which can be accessed from the street or from the private courtyard.
Second level has an entry foyer, a formal dining room with seating for 8, living room with wood burning fireplace and a guest bedroom with an attached full bath offering a large walk-in shower....ALL with ocean views! Fully appointed kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Powder room is conveniently located just off the hallway. Laundry room is fully equipped and has a washer and dryer. A dishwasher is also provided.
Upper level has a large spacious master bedroom (over 400 sq ft) with sitting area, walk-in closet, and beautiful ocean views. Separate master bath is easily accessible with contemporary vessel sink and large walk-in shower. Third bedroom/den has a Queen sleeper sofa and also offers an ocean view. Both bedrooms open directly onto a large dual level deck with a gas BBQ, table with seating for 6, and chaise lounges for sunbathing or simply relaxing.
Upstairs deck looks out to the Coronado Islands...In the morning, enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins play in the surf, or enjoy the evening sunset and watch the occasional cruise ship go by.
San Antonio del Mar is a well established community with 24 hour security, multiple pools, tennis courts, mini-market, a large park that can be used for family events, a smaller dog park that overlooks the ocean, and access to a long sandy beach great for walks, swimming and exploring.
San Antonio del Mar is located 12 miles South of the San Diego/Tijuana border (at Kilometer marker 19.5) with easy access via the scenic toll road. Rosarito Beach is only 6 miles away and offers unlimited shopping, sightseeing and dining opportunities. Real del Mar Golf Resort is also located across the roadway for anyone wishing to play golf or enjoy one of the wonderful restaurants they have to offer. Enjoy a trip to Ensenada....less than an hour away!
The weather here is very similar to the weather in San Diego, and people there think it is just about perfect. Temperatures rarely go above 85 degrees F., or below 50 degrees F., year round. The cool Pacific waters moderate temperatures along the coast and the offshore breezes provide an atmosphere anyone would enjoy!
