Wake in the morning to a view of the sand and surf from your gulf-front bedroom. Take your coffee and breakfast out to the spacious balcony where you will find a large table, chairs, and a glider. Making your coffee to enjoy on the balcony is a treat when you choose either the regular coffeemaker or the Keurig coffeemaker, for those special mornings.
Work-out in the huge exercise room while viewing the pool deck and the emerald gulf waters.
Relax by one of the two Gulf Front pools or by the beautiful Gulf of Mexico on the spacious white sand beach. The pool deck has been described as reminiscent of a fine cruise ship. Watch the kids play in the pool and water spraying mushroom, until hunger from all the fun prompts them to ask for dinner.
You may decide to stay in and prepare your meal in your own full kitchen complete with new appliances and granite counter tops. Next, you may want to watch the 42" plasma TV as you enjoy the ambiance of the new electric fireplace in warm or cold weather. The kids can watch two other flat screen TVs, one is located in the master bedroom and the other is in the bunk room with a full size bed.
You may decide to spend your evening trying one of the many fine restaurants located nearby. Your car will be easily accessible from the garage located under the building.
This is a newer rental at Sunrise Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach FL. It does have a *gulf-front bedroom* with a king size bed plus a bunk room with a queen-size bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room.
You will not regret staying in this beautiful new condo.

Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
I just love the sound and site of the Gulf. My husband is from southern California and he agrees those beaches are nothing like as nice as Panama City Beach.
I have dreamed of owning a a place on the sand since the first time I went to Panama City Beach at age 19. More years have passed since that dream than I care to mention, but I feel very fortunate to have this condo. We are normal working people from Tennessee just trying to rent it so we can afford to keep it for our retirement, someday.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love Sunrise for many reasons. It has the most beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from both the master bedroom and the living room. The floorplan is what made us choose this condo. It has a nice master bath and a gulf front master with a bunkroom, too. It is directly on the gulf, just as I dreamed.
The parking is under the building, so there are no bridges to cross with luggage and groceries.
Sunrise is less than a mile from Pier Park and is close to Frank Brown Park, but it is still on the quieter end of the beach.
I prefer the one building complex over complexes with mulitiple buildings. The exercise room is one of the best on the beach.

These are my two boys, Phillip and Spyro. Phillip was so excited to get his little Havanese friend. He researched breeds on the internet and decided this was the dog for us. He was so right!

We absolutely LOVED this unit! It was beautifully decorated. The view was spectacular. The owner (Donna) was a pleasure to deal with. The king size bed in the master bedroom was absolutely fabulous, as was the jetted garden tub with the crystal chandelier above. Having a stand alone ice maker was very convenient, as we never had to buy ice. We really appreciated that the chaise lounge beach chairs and umbrella were provided for us free of charge all week, which saved us $30 per day. I highly recommend this condo and hope to return for our 23rd anniversary next year.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We loved this condo! Everything we needed was there... clearly the owner takes great pride in this unit. We also loved having the parking underneath the condo... no hot car to contend with, and no "walk over bridge" either. Contrary to some comments, the elevator lobbies are now air conditioned, so there really is no problem! The unit is perfect fora couple, or for five people, as we had. The master bedroom and bath are fantastic. Stay here with confidence. The beach services, amenities, the location, and the condo itself are superb. C. Shealey Atlanta, GA

We stayed here in June for two nights and are booked to stay a week in August. I loved staying here - it was just like being at home. Everything portrayed on VRBO was exactly what we found the condo to be. The bed slept comfortably; loved the garden tub; everything was super clean and everything worked! I appreciated all the nice dishes, glasses and usable pots/pans in the kitchen (there is even a stand alone icemaker - we didn't have to buy ice at all). We go to the beach 3 to 5 times a year; I usually have to take my own pans because the condo's are either in bad shape or simply not there. I do not like heights, but was pleasantly surprised that the 18th floor did not bother me at all - I was able to enjoy the balcony with no problems. The views from the balcony are incredible - love those Florida sunsets! One other thing I appreciated is the payment system that Donna has - it is so easy! If we had any complaints it would be that there is no air conditioning on the elevators but that is so minor when compared to everything else Sunrise offers. Ms. Jones has spared no expense in furnishing and decorating this condo. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. I've never stayed somewhere and felt so much at home. Everything you need is there for you. My boys and I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The view from the 18th story was breath taking. We were able to see stingrays and dolphins playing in the water. I would highly recommend booking this condo. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Panama City.

We just got back. The photo's do not tell the story of this condo. It was WONDERFUL, so many extras I can't even tell you very classy. VERY CLEAN. The best of everything. We will stay again..
