My family and I (which consisted of 7 adults, 2 small kids) stayed here recently and there was more than enough room for us. We didn't even use the lowest level of the house. I highly recommend staying. The owners are very responsive in communication and the location is perfect. It's close to Main St and the neighborhood is beautiful. I actually think the pictures do not do the home the justice it deserves. Can't say enough good things about the place and look forward to going back.

What a wonderful stay we had. The house is better than the pictures displayed. It's a big four bedroom house with lots of light. Karen and Doug were great. Reasonable rates for such a big house. Lots of nice touches. A well stocked kitchen, fun hot tub, foosball, and a garage. I'm assuming the walk to the town would be easier if it didn't snow two inches per hour. Seeing how we were there to ski, no one complained. We drove to the gondola lot, paid the $10 and took it up to peak 8. The skiing was the best we've had in 15 years. Powder, powder, and more powder made the hot tub that much nicer during the evening.

My family and I stayed at this house for two nights Sept. 18th and 19th and thought the house was gorgeous!!! We loved the location of the home it was close to down town and the grocery store and resturants. We rented bikes nearby and the bike trail is great!! The house far exceded our expectations and the photos didn't do it justice. We loved the welcome basket they gave us and we drank the wine with our pasta dinner that night and it was a great touch!! If you want to stay in a mint condition home near everything then I would highly recomend this home!!! You won't be sorry. Thanks to the owners for sharing this great home of yours we truley enjoyed ourselves!!!

Family vacation in the mountains

We found this house perfect for our family vacation in the middle of the Colorado Mountains. The house was in great condition and met or exceded all our expectation from the information we received before arriving. The house layout is great for a larger group and worked well with the smaller children. The views of the mountains and the closeness of great activities made this a perfect place for our vacation. I would recommend this house and Breckenridge as an ideal location to experience the wonders and beauty of the Colorado Rockies. We spent two weeks exploring the area around Breckenridge and never drove more than 10 miles from this house and did not begin to see everything there was to explore around Breckenridge. My only recommendation would be to the city of Breckenridge would be to have a leash law so smaller children are not frightened by dogs running loose around the neighborhoods.

We had a great vacation at this home in Breckenridge. Plenty of space and wonderfully equipped. Very close to Main Street and all attractions. Karen was very helpful and infomative. Hope to be back soon!

This house was a wonderful property that we could highly recommend to anyone. The house was better than the pictures presented and had wonderful ammenities that our family had the exclusive use of. These would include a private jacuzzi, foosball table and home theater. The house was well maintained and very clean. We felt as if we were home. This was a great property for our family of 5 and was actually large enough to accommodate 3 more people. The house afforded us easy access to peak 7 and 8. This was a short 5 minute drive for us. The house is also close to Carter Park for sledding, which our children loved after a day of skiing. Karen was wonderful to deal with and helped with information that we needed along with helping us with an early check in since we had a very early morning flight upon arrival. You will be very pleased with this property. Nice views of the mountain from the balconies at the house. We plan on returning again in the future. Thanks for your personal touches! This home was just as the pictures show. It is beautiful inside and out. The Adams are very informative and hospitable. The house was very clean when we arrived. We had a hard time deciding between a hotel or taking the chance on renting a house. My daughter got car sick on the way there - after walking in to this beautiful home, I was more than happy with our decision to rent a home rather then stay in a hotel. I was able to rinse and wash my daughter's clothes in the laundry room. My son found many kid's movies and toys in the closet and was entertained for hours. My husband and oldest daughter played foosball. And my mother in law was able to read in peace. We had so much room and everything was so nice! We are looking forward to coming back to the area again this summer. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us! We had a great time.

Our group was 4 couples and we had an amazing time. The house is outstanding and extremely convenient to the free bus system (3 minute walk). The gondola is only a 5-7 minute free bus ride. Karen and Doug are very hospitable and accommodating. Get pizza from Fatty's and have 2/1 burgers at Quandry's on Wednesdays.

We stayed at this property during Spring break 3/15-3/21. We have stayed at several places around summit county for the past 5 years. This property was our favorite.
