This beautiful, new, Non-Smoking, Pet-Free home lies in a sunny valley with breathtaking views of the Breckenridge Ski area and Ten Mile Range. You are only a short walk down Wellington Road to the downtown area. Conveniently located on the free Breckenridge Shuttle route. It is a 5 minute walk to the shuttle stop and a 7 minute ride to Breck Station, home of the new gondola to Peak 7 and 8.
The vaulted entrance leads you to the living area where you can warm up by the stone gas fireplace and enjoy a two-story view of the mountains. The dining area is surrounded with bay windows. The fully-equipped kitchen will accommodate all your dining needs. Relax and be entertained in the over-sized family room with large screen satellite TV and DVD's.
There are two bedrooms located on the main level and two on the upper level including the master suite. The master suite has a private balcony with mountain views. The lavish master bath and jetted tub enjoys a view of the gas fireplace. Additionally there is a full bath on each level. The lower level also features a second family home theater room with a queen sleeper sofa, full bath, wet bar and wine cellar/dining room for parties of adults only. For your personal entertainment every bedroom is equipped with Direct TV with all of the movie channels, XM Radio, MLB and either DVD or VHS with a movie library provided. For smaller parties we can lock off, thereby reducing the number of bedrooms and offer a discounted rate. Our rates are based on a maximum of 10 adults in the party, additional adults are $25 per person per night. Call or e-mail for details.
