New, very spacious Ariel Dunes II condo ready for you to enjoy. This 8th floor corner unit has a large(21'x26') living/dining room with a huge 52" flat screen TV, and includes nearly 2000 square feet of total living space, with balconies. You simply will not find a better value in Destin to rent a new condominium having this much space that is this close to the beach.
There are three bedrooms and three baths in the unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32" TV and separate entrance to the main balcony facing the gulf. Bedroom two has a queen size bed, 26" TV and its own balcony facing the Seascape golf course. The third bedroom has a single over full size bunk bed for sleeping up to three and a 26" TV.
Ariel Dunes II has 3 large swimming pools, the largest pool has zero entry - great for the toddlers. There is also a fitness gym on the first floor overlooking the pools with a separate steam room.
The beaches are just a short walk (approx. 200 yards) from the condo.
Ariel Dunes II, part of the Seascape Resort has 2000' of white sand beaches, golf, tennis and fine dining, all within walking distance. Cabana Cafe is on the ground level of Ariel Dunes I and will deliver delicious meals to the condo just about anytime of the day. There is nearby bike rental for those wanting to take in the sights on two wheels. And, if you want to jump in the car it's just a short drive to Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Village of Baytowne Wharf and Emerald Bay Golf Course.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo. It was perfect! The beach was near, the pools were not crowded at all, and we had an awesome time here. The condo was great. We had an excellent week. The weather was good, not much rain. The pools are very nice and were never crowded. We had family here that stayed at another condo were the pools were overcrowded. We also had fun playing the games. Seemed like a nice way to end the evening. We will definitely come back to Destin. We had a great time with our family in your condo. The living area is spacious and we enjoyed having enough bathrooms for everyone (4 adults & 3 children). We also enjoyed the board games you had in your coffee table. They provided many hours of fun for our family.

From the moment we walked through the front door and saw the living/dining area we were ecstatic with our accommodations. The bedroom and bathroom space were perfect for our family of 5 adults, and the master bedroom and bathroom are huge. The main living/dining area is very large and the kitchen was roomy and well-stocked. Everything about the description of the unit was accurate and the condo was very clean. Views of the beach are what you see in the photos, and the beach really is only a 5 minute walk from the building. We were extremely happy with these accommodations and recommend this rental without hesitation.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
