Located on breathtaking beautiful Torch Lake, this newly renovated Non-Smoking property features log exterior, natural wood interiors, one wood burning fireplace, gorgeous views of the lake, master bedroom with private bath offers spectacular views and the sound of crashing waves on the waterfront. Large Decks on both front and back of cottage.
Equally suitable for families with young children or older couples, it comfortably sleeps nine people in cottage. There is also a studio apartment available to rent that sleeps 6 more. Studio has full bath with mini kitchen. We have 100 feet of lakefront, a private dock . The lake's sandy bottom is shallow for a fair distance, making it ideal for children. The cottage sits on a private road with a woodsy setting. Its location on the east side of the lake affords spectacular views of the setting sun, especially from the large deck which overlooks the lake , custom fire pit. Tastefully decorated in a northern theme this cottage is fully equipment as a home away from home.
Located within 10 minutes of Shany Creek and Shuss Mountain.

I do not recommend this rental property. Even with much needed maintenance, this cabin is not worth the money. The chairs around the fire pit were all broken. The window screens were filthy and damaged letting a lot of bugs in. The gas grill had not been cleaned for a while, resulting in a small grease fire. Bedding in the extra bedrooms were faded and worn from years of use. The refrigerator did not work properly. Lightbulbs were missing from many of the fixtures. A ceiling fan did not work in one of the bedrooms. We had to look at the previous renters garbage on the lawn for a week because they had no garbage cans. And on top of all that, there were mice in the kitchen! I contacted the owner on several occasions, who did nothing to resolve these problems. Save your money and stay home!
