This beautiful one bedroom with a den is actually like having a second bedroom. It provides privacy and comfort for 2 more people with a den that has a closet,dresser & 2 windows. This unit was completely redone 3 years ago with a newly tiled entrance foyer and kitchen complete with granite counters & breakfast bar,stainless steel appliances and every possible amenity from a teaspoon to wine opener. The spacious area beyond the kitchen holds your dining table with your living room furnished with a comfortable & stylish sofa,love seat & chair,tv,dvd,vcr & stereo system. The newly tiled spacious lanai is beyond that and has a screened door to access the walking path that leads down to the intercoastal waterway where you might want to try some fishing or just sit and watch the beautiful array of boats go by. There is one bathroom with combination tub/shower as well as a separate private dressing area with another sink and long granite vanity. There is a garage with remote and a front patio as well. There is also a new washer and dryer should you need to wash the beach towels we have also provided for your use.

The main pool with lounge chairs & tables is steps from your accommodations as well as the smaller pool which is near the tennis courts. Gulf & Bay Bayside is s small quaint community of key west style units with full deeded beach access that is a five minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. If you have never been the sand is 98% quartz and never gets hot and honestly has the consistency of talcum powder.

The most amazing sunsets are yours to behold when visiting here as well as a host of many other close area attractions. St Armonds circle offers an array of shops and quaint restaurants as well as beautiful downtown Sarasota & Captain Jacks Marina. Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Ringling Museum of Art,Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium are all within a 15 minute drive also. There are jet skis,boat rentals,para sailing and nature watching all right on the key as well as many wonderful shops & restaurants in "Siesta Key Village". Bush Gardens and Tampa Bay Zoo are within an hour and Disney World Orlando a 2.5 hour drive. Please call or e-mail for additional information and availability.
