Beautifully renovated 1600 SF corner unit in the Princess Condo. Floor to ceiling glass in the living, dining and both bedrooms. Panoramic views of the clear blue Atlantic Ocean (East) and the Indian River (West). Beautiful wide sandy beach that is quiet because of no public access nearby.
Our beach house is ultra tropical, with bamboo flooring and Tommy Bahama style furnishings throughout. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances with Corian counter tops and mosaic glass backs plashes. The oceanfront dining table seats 6. Enjoy entertainment from the surround sound stereo with 37" DLP high definition television while you lounge on a large teal leather sectional and gaze out floor to ceiling glass at the ocean.
Enjoy your coffee or cocktails from the balcony that wraps the condo on both the ocean and river sides. A large 50 SF private storage closet is adjacent to the unit and is perfect for storing all your beach toys!
Both bedrooms feature walk-in closets. The master has a huge bathroom with dual sinks and a jacuzzi tub. It has floor to ceiling glass doors with two balcony's - both Ocean and River views. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a balcony overlooking the wide (one mile across) Indian River.
The only golf course on S. Hutchinson Island is located just one mile north. Our condominium has its own tennis courts, brand new exercise room with weights and aerobic equipment, hot tub, and newly renovated heated pool area. A boat slip is available at no charge and you have private access to a 700 foot long dock/fishing pier where tarpon, snook and red fish thrive.
The location is first rate because you can enjoy the quiet beach life on Hutchinson Island while having quick access via two causeways to hundreds of restaurants in Stuart and Jensen Beach, a quiet "arty" community.
