Fishing is superb; Black Bay is two miles to the east where walleyes and world famous Rainy Lake crappies abound. If you're feeling adventurous, venture into Rainy Lake's 225,000 acres with 1600 islands.
Casa Loma is open all year long to enjoy all Rainy Lake has to offer. In the winter months go ice-fishing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snowobiling or cozy up to the fireplace with a good book.

Owner's Map of International Falls
I decided to purchase the Casa Loma property along with my two brothers in 2005. We have been involved in the tourism business on Rainy Lake for ninety plus years - our great grandfather purchased the famous Kettle Falls Hotel on the east end of Rainy Lake in 1918. Our family operated the hotel until 1977. In 1978 my parents moved to Rainy Lake Houseboats which we still operate today. We all posess a deep love for the tourism industry and Rainy Lake!

This was a beautiful home and well cared for. We had all the comforts of home and so we could just relax and enjoy. The hot-tub and sauna was great, but most of all the view was spectacular.
