Okaloosa Island is a thin strip of land that has condos on the oceanfront and private residences on the inter coastal. No high rise crowds at our beach. Walk the miles of undeveloped beach next to us or walk two miles east to the pier with its shops and restaurants. We are in building 4 which means we have a view of the Gulf from the back as well as the front.WE ARE A NON-SMOKING UNIT.
OUR BEACHES ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND THE WATER IS CLEAR AND CLEAN.

WE RENT SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY.
We require that our renters be 30 years or older.
LOOK FOR OUR NEWLY RENOVATED BATHROOM AND NEW LIVINGROOM FURNITURE AS WELL AS NEW FLOORING IN THE BEDROOM, LIVINGROOM AND BATHROOM.
Enjoy the gorgeous changing green and turquoise colors of the ocean while laying on the bed. Have breakfast out on the tiled balcony or watch the gulls, pelicans and dolphins from our condo.
Collect interesting shells along the beach or rent a kayak and be more adventuresome. Beaches groomed daily. Our unit faces the gulf and its white sand beaches as well as a large pool.
PLEASE NOTE: Our calender is not always current. Please call for availability. WE ACCEPT ONLY FULL WEEK RENTALS, SATURDAY-SATURDAY.
Unique to our property is a large grassy area to throw a football, Frisbee or kick a soccer ball. Fly kites along the beach as well or take a bike ride. Beach service is available during high season for an additional charge.
Have fun at the restaurants on the Island as well as the pier or visit the Gulfarium then take a quick scenic drive east on Highway 98 to Destin and its many restaurants and shopping, but leave the congestion behind when you come back to the Island.
Antique in downtown Fort Walton or see the Indian Museum. Shuttle buses run from property into Fort Walton daily.

We chose Okaloosa Island because of our awesome view of the ocean. We are so close to the beach. It's quiet and less hectic than Destin, but close enough to go shopping and out to eat.

We stayed in this wonderful unit Sept. 24 to Oct.1, 2011. It was beautiful and clean. Very convenient to the beach and we loved the undeveloped area to the west. We saw dolphins daily as well as sea turtles, fish and stingrays. We collected lots of shells. We will definitely return in the future ! Thanks for sharing your home away from home.

We stayed here from June 27-July 9, 2011. We have stayed at this complex for the last 5 years and know the area and the complex well. I have no reservations saying that this was the best stay we have had, a lot of it was because of the condo. The bunk beds made it very affordable for a family to stay right on the beach and still be cheaper than a two bedroom. My kids 13 & 9 fit easily in the bunks and found them comfortable, which allowed us a little peace during the evening and mornings as a door to the bathroom and master bedroom could be closed. The condo is beautifully furnished and is immaculately clean. It was clearly a better choice for a family than going with a more expensive two bedroom which we had done in the past. Deb was always a phone call away and when an issue arose (very minor) she had her help there and it was handled within an hour. The beach service (chairs and umbrella) was a welcome add-on, if you don't have it with the unit it is something most people don't budget for. Being on the 6th floor gave us security, along with great views of the beach and pool with the great sunsets over the undeveloped beaches on the west side. After staying at this complex for six vacations we now have the one condo we will be staying at for the next times we come down. I just hope it's available every time!

My husband, son, and I stayed in this condo for a week in June 2011. I was a little nervous renting from an owner. We emailed and talked with Debbie several times. She was so nice and helpful. As far as the condo goes, this was one of the nicest we have stayed in and we travel to a different beach every year. The condo looks just like the photos. It was super clean (I am picky.) The property was very well-maintained. There were workers outside every morning picking up trash and working on the pool. We liked the guard shack being there as it made us feel more secure. The beach is incredibly beautiful and was never crowded. There is nothing to the right of the condo but miles of beach.I have already recommended this property to several friends.
