This is a great property located within walking distance (9/10 mile) to the Bethany Boardwalk and Beach. We are offering this as a Saturday to Saturday rental. It is a Three Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bathroom Townhouse community which is located on a Salt Pond that provides a dock for launching your kayak or canoe. It is also located within walking distance to restaurants, a community pool with kiddie pool, and tennis courts. There are public golf courses and tennis clubs located nearby as well.

Floor plan includes a large open family room, full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room , and a large screened porch with ceiling fan and skylights that overlooks the tennis courts. There is a private outside shower located on the screened porch as well. The upstairs has three bedrooms, one large master bedroom with private bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with their own bathroom in the hall. Parking for four cars with overflow parking available.

This property is smoke-free as well as no pets. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and TV, Bedroom #1 has two twin beds and Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. There is also a pack-n-play available for an infant or toddler. The sofa bed in the family room sleeps two as well.

Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am.

  • We had a wonderful time at your townhouse. As we have stayed in several other places in Bethany, this is by far our favorite and we will be sure to rent again from you. Thank you so much for your hospitality and making sure we had a wonderful stay. Having the pool and tennis courts in the backyard was absolutely wonderful with the kids.   • We stayed here for two weeks last summer and we will be renting it again this summer. This was the first rental property that we found we wanted to rent again next year. We had great weather, we could walk along a sidewalk all the way to the beach, take the trolley back when we didn't want to walk, stroll 500 ft to eat dinner at Grotto's or any of the other restaurants, pick up a movie rental on the stroll back to the rental, walk out the back door to play tennis or go to the pool, plus much more. We also liked that it was located in between Ocean City and Rehoboth so we could go either way and experience all the entertainment & amusement options. It is very clean, very comfortable and homey. We had a great time and can't wait until we get back next summer.
