Our South Cape Cod Escape…
…is a brand new home with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a spacious great room, accommodating den and third floor for additional sleeping or use as a play area. The house features an open kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and ample cabinet space (complete with all cooking/eating necessities). The great room is complemented by a gas fireplace, HD television and high-speed Internet access will be available. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor. There is also central air and central vacuum throughout the house.
The master bedroom features a king bed and a full master bath equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. The front bedroom has a queen bed and the back bedroom has 3 twin beds. There is additional sleeping on the third floor and a pull-out couch in the den. We supply all bed linens and towels.
With views of Waquoit Bay and the Great River, the back deck is perfect spot for outdoor dining. We supply a gas grill for your use. The roof deck is a wonderful relaxing space for viewing waterfront sunsets or spending quiet moments. The hot/cold outdoor shower makes cleaning up after a day at the beach very easy.
The house abuts Little Neck on the Great River, which provides access to Waquoit Bay and Sampson’s Island.
The house is exactly 1 mile from the South Cape Beach parking lot. It’s about a 5 minute ride to New Seabury Marketplace, which has mini golf for the kids, the Raw Bar and shopping and dining for adults. Mashpee Commons, the outdoor shopping village, is a 10-minute drive. The neighboring towns are Sandwich, Cotuit and Falmouth. The Wood’s Hole Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard is nearby.
We belong to the neighborhood association, which provides a play area for children (a swing set, small beach for swimming). The neighborhood is very quiet and our road is a cul-de-sac with no traffic.
