Le Rayol is situated west of St. Tropez on a beautiful stretch of unspoiled coastline. The four star hotel Bailli de Suffren overlooks the beach and provides excellent beachside dining.
The villa is 200m from the beach along a quiet road and path with no traffic. It has a large terrace for outside entertaining and a well established private garden with swimming pool.
The villa has two levels the upper level has four double bedrooms each with ensuite shower room and private balcony. All rooms are air conditioned and overlook the terraced garden. Some have sea views albeit obstructed by the abundant Mimosa tress in neighboring gardens.
The lower level has a living room furnished in 'art deco' style leading to a large balcony and banquet style table that sits 12 and a stainless steel gas BBQ with rotisserie and single hob. The kitchen is new and modern with all the usual equipment including gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, integrated fridge and freezer, microwave and an espresso machine. On this level we have made up a children's 'bunk' room consisting of four single beds each with their own beach style locker. There is a bathroom adjacent and a TV room with leather couch, flat screen satellite TV, english channels, DVD player and Sony Playstation 2.
Full use of the sloping terrain has been made with a semi basement tucked under the lower ground level providing a games room for table tennis and a room for the heavy duty Whirlpool washer and dryer.
Concrete paving steps its way down to the timber pool deck area with four loungers.

This is a wonderfully situated villa. We had been to Rayol before and really enjoy the town, as it is charming but not too tourist-y. From this villa, we barely used our car since you really can walk down to the beach and up to the shops in a few minutes. The house is very spacious and beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms all have their own en-suite bathroom and balcony which gives everyone privacy and their own space. With a separate media room, living room, pool area and terraces, it is perfect to enjoy a vacation together without being on top of each other. Definitely will go back!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
