Why the Owner Chose Crescent Beach
We have been coming to Sodus Bay for the last 14 years. Re-uniting with family and bringing in-laws and friends we get to share our love for the perfect place to go back in time. The towns, the beach, the neighbors and even the weather seem to be the way I remember it from childhood. That is, a slower pace where the person behind the cash register stops to chat; real peace and quiet with thousands of stars; no need to lock the doors; warm sunny days with low humidity; wild flowers bursting with color by the side of the road...Of course there's endless water from the Bay to Lake Ontario to the Finger Lakes and the Erie Canal.
The Unique Benefits at this Waterfront Home
Having a spectacular view of Sodus Bay from sunrise to moonrise is unbelievably joyful. You know you're in the right place and it's always the right time. Of course our company often like to fish off our dock which means dinner is super fresh. Just a short way around the Bay we find the best homemade fruit pies we've ever eaten. My cousins can be found at the Sodus Golf Club-gorgeous rolling green acres, while my son joins the poker games there twice a week. The younger set are happy at the miniature golf course and we're all up for one of the local ice cream spots. Superlatives abound!

Our family includes Cooper and Conner, our 2 standard poodles who didn't make it into the photo but are very much in our lives. Aurora owns a day spa, Fred is the CEO for a non-profit in the Mental Health field, and Cody is a student at the local community College.
Living on the Chesapeake Bay for the past 21 years we thrive on the unique beauty of America's waterways and waterfront living.
Considering retirement years we knew that we'd want to go where our hearts are, in upstate New York. With Rochester and Syracuse within an hour we can fly in, or partake of the city for a great restaurant, art, or shopping.
