Beautiful Maui Beach Front Condominium!

  We would go back tomorrow if we could! It is very well equipped condo in a spectacular location! The owners were so lovely to deal with and very helpful too! They have payed close attention to details... a very well stocked kitchen, with all the kitchen basics, like S&P,spices, saran wrap, foil etc. Such a treat not to have to go out and buy all these! Comfy beds, lots of towels and even a good selection of books! We were at Menehune Shores with a large group and got to 'tour' the other condos that were rented. This unit is one of the nicest by far. Tastefully and comfortably decorated, on the best side of the building and not too close to the road! The beaches on either side of the complex were great for beach walks. The lagoon out front was so fun for all the little kids and us big kids too! The water is nice and shallow and protected. We saw turtles in the rocks surrounding the lagoon and saw whales breaching out front. Awesome! The pool was nice and clean and we could always find a chair poolside! Spent more time in the ocean though. Such a central location for outings too. Kihei is in my opinion the best spot in Maui for weather! While we were there it was sunny the entire time(although a bit windy!) and in other areas at the same time it had been raining! Thank you so much Dave and Lynn for sharing your condo with us!! We are trying to figure out how quickly we can get back again, before you are all booked up! The complex seems to draw a nice bunch of people! We met a lot of very kind, friendly, like minded travelers!! Mahalo!!

  This condo was everything our family could want. The condo was exactly as pictured with the view from the lanai was as spectacular as in the pictures. The owners were so helpful with everything including restaurant recommendations and where to rent a car. The condo had lots of basic cooking supplies, was clean and having boogie boards and beach towels available to use was invaluable. We would definitely stay here again!

  Our first choice will be this condo when we return to Maui. The location in Kihei is safe and makes access to anywhere you want to go easy. We highly recommend this condo to those looking to kiteboard / kitesurf. Ground floor makes for easy beach access with a nice lawn for the kids to play on. Roof top BBQ was surprisingly fun. Everyone that we met was easy going and pleasant. There were some small children and older children. I would not recommend this condo for obnoxious, loud, poorly parented kids. This was not party central. It was relaxing, fun, serene paradise. The air conditioning worked great. Large fridge with spices and cooking oil in the pantry. Cooler, plastic wrap, foil, and plastic containers provided for picnics. We saved a ton of money by packing lunch and BBQ every night. Toys in the closet were very appreciated. 3 boogie boards, fins and a snorkel, sand toys etc. It was very quiet and we felt very safe. We were able to find a parking spot right outside our door every night. WIFI worked great. The drive to kite beach took about 15-20 minutes. There are two locations to kite on a southerly (KONA wind) within walking distance. Having working laundry machines made packing for the airlines easy and less expensive. The owners were very responsive and pleasant. They offered great suggestions for places to see as well as those to avoid. The transaction and payment was easy and reassuring. I recommend this unit highly.

  We had the pleasure of staying on Maui for several months this year, and rented this condo. We could not have been more pleased! First off, we saw several condos in the building during our prolonged stay and this unit is BY FAR the nicest we have seen. Second - The complex is outstanding - neat as a pin, superiorly maintained, and has all the conveniences one would need with gas barbeques, great pool, and easy beach access. Third - The unit was appointed with so very many things that made the stay more comfortable. The kitchen was as well stocked as possible, well beyond the minimums, with everything we needed to make elaborate meals, including a fully stocked spice cabinet. The condo is furnished with charm and elegance, from teak carved furniture to Air Conditioning and fans in every room. Linens and towels were plentiful and plush. And finally - the owners were wonderful and super accommodating. They brought extra mugs when family came to stay, provided music and DVD's for entertainment, invited us rowing, made restaurant and event recommendations, and were available to help with any needed requests. A++ Outstanding! Highest Recommendation!

  It was our first trip to Hawaii and we were glad we chose Maui and this condo. The condo was beautiful and very clean and even included boogie boards and snorkel equipment. The owners are very responsive and helpful in making recommendations to improve our experience. Even the neighbors were great!! The location is beautiful, very close to the beach and fishing pond. Altogether it was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend this condo and the owners. My husband and I and our two daughters had an unforgettable experience.

  Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le condo propre et bien entretenu. Il est très agréable de voir la mer en mangeant sur la terrasse et les petits plus font une différence. Les chaises de plage ,la glacière, les boogis board les épices, l'huile les vinaigres rendent le séjour plus facile encore.Il est bien situé et permet de de se déplacer sur l'île pour apprécier le volcan ,la road to Anna, les plages etc...Je recommanderais ce condo à des parents et amis. We really appreciate our vacation at this place .

  Great vacation. Our unit was very well appointed, with all the little extras that makes preparing our own food so convenient. The beach toys and towels were great to have, too. Beds were very comfortable and I loved the two bathrooms. It made each room feel like a master bedroom. View from the patio was perfect and the sound of the surf could be heard from inside. When we had a very small leak with the shower, Dave came out immediately to fix it. Thanks, Dave and Lynn, for sharing your place.

  We cannot say enough wonderful, positive things about this Condo or Dave! The condo was very clean, the beds were all SUPER comfortable, everything you could want was provided, and the location was great. Dave was very responsive and his willingness to make sure we had a great vacation/stay was above and beyond anything he needed to do. We would definitely stay here again and hope to in the not too distant future. Thank you Dave for a wonderful vacation!
