Why the Owner Chose Guadalupe
My mom lived in the house next door to The Chavez House for over 30 years, so when this place came up for sale I thought it would be nice to buy a property so near to my mom.
The Unique Benefits at this House
It is off the street, and very quiet. It is an old adobe with real high ceilings and authentic windows and vigas, skylights and sold construction. The place just has a wonderful homey feeling to it. When we come visit from San Francisco we always stay there.

We stayed at this charming house in early June. It is 3 blocks from the main plaza and close to everything. It's very quiet and has all the amenities of home. We'll certainly recommend it to our friends.

The Chavez House has a superior location, as it is walking distance to everything. It is nicely furnished, and very clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood, with good parking. I plan to come back.

We had a lovely time. The casita is very convenient to the plaza and we loved the little garden to just sit out and enjoy the evenings. All that touristing can be tiring!!
