These charming casitas began life as a turkey barn located in the rural edge of Española. Artist, Jan Hart architecturally transformed the humble building into two 4-room cabins with shared laundry room. Perfectly located just 18 miles north of Santa Fe, Ranchito San Pedro offers guests a country home with everything you need while you explore, paint, photograph, and/or experience the magic of New Mexico. The casitas are set back along a one lane road lined with ancient cottonwoods - very private and quiet ,1 mile from Española and surrounded by mountains. Each casita has a fenced yard for your dog and you'll have fresh laid eggs from Jan's free range happy chickens!

Within 10 -45 minutes in all directions are all the major cultural & recreational attractions - Santa Fe, Taos, Chimayo, Abiquiu (Georgia O'Keeffe's home and landscapes), Ghost Ranch, Los Alamos, Bandelier National Park, five Indian pueblos, Ojo Caliente Hot Springs, golf courses, 3 ski areas and the best red and green chile anywhere!.

Just 1/2 mile down the road is New Mexico's best golf course according to New Mexico Golf Magazine (2005) - the Black Mesa Golf Course on the Santa Clara pueblo land where you can walk, play golf and/or watch the sun set in real New Mexico. The lands surrounding the casitas include farmland, orchards, artists' studios and a relaxed way of life - with a view of the mountains and beautiful sunsets every evening.

Our rates are Year Round. 3 night Minimum @ $298; 1 week - $615; 2 weeks
$1035; 3 weeks, (maximum stay) $1335.
Prices are for 1 or 2 adults and can include 1 dog. Additional guests and/or pets
are charged $10/night/pet or person. Dogs limited to 2. A $75 refundable cleaning
deposit plus 1/2 the total rent reserves your cabin. All rates subject to change.
No refund with less than 3 weeks notice; No additional charge for your dog!
All charges subject to N.M taxes & handling fee.
