We invite you to enjoy our personal oceanfront retreat. We have completely rebuilt this oceanfront condo from the studs to the ceiling. We used solid cherry wood for the cabinetry which coordinates with the warm pecan finish on the rattan furniture and the mahogany bedroom furnishings. Our 2 BR 2 BA condo comfortably sleeps 6 when the queen sofa sleeper is utilized, besides the King and Queen beds. The parking is located close to the unit. A turtle theme resonates throughout the unit décor from the deck to the custom crafted Italian tile baths. You will also find Italian tile sweeping the floor from the deck to the bedrooms. The ocean view and sound of the surf are serene.
For your viewing convenience a 42 inch flat screen custom wall-mounted TV is available (w/DVD player) which tilts and moves in 4 directions. Wireless internet is also available for your personal convenience, along with a CD stereo with Ipod dock, phone and business paper shredder. We have a good selection of books available, card games & games.
We have chosen some “green” applications such as hot water on demand, energy star appliances, and filtered refrigerator water. There are 5 ceiling fans to enjoy a pleasing breeze anytime. An ocean breeze normally flows through the unit with the sliders and jalousie windows open.
The kitchen displays under-cabinet lighting which highlights the custom mascalzone granite on both the counters and backsplashes. Our appliances being energy efficient run quietly. A full size washer/dryer is available in our unit. The refrigerator offers ice and filtered water at the touch of a button and also has an easy access beverage door for your convenience which maintains the proper temperature within for your tasty edibles. The stove has an extra warming element on the glass cooktop, and the convection oven is self-cleaning. Glass cookware is also available for your cooking preference. Most guests enjoy preparing their gourmet delights over an open flame on one of three Webber gas B.B.Q.’s at the B.B.Q. deck while watching the sunset which is next to the pool area.
This oceanfront complex is located on Alii Drive which is 5 minutes away from the center of town by car, or 15 min. by foot. Snorkeling reefs are located right by our complex.

We have extensive experience in rental and hospitality services. John grew up in the business, while Donna was inducted while both were in college. This industry is John's passion, while creating, alternative healthcare and whole foods nutrition are Donna's. We fully believe in Customer Service and are proactive in our application. Our family consists of 4 sons and two wonderful recently acquired daughters. Alii Villas has given our family many fond memories of Hawaii. We have been owners at Alii Villas since 1988. Alii Villas is a complex that has a high percentage of owner occupied units. This gives stability to the complex and allows for privacy when visitors are in camp so to speak. One of the high points in staying at Alii Villas is that the tourist atmosphere is missing. You can make friends at the pool or outdoor barbecue area if desired. We purchased this two bedroom unit recently and completely renovated every square inch. It is our "Hawaiian paradise" which we thoroughly enjoy sharing with others.

There was only one thing wrong with the condo---we couldn't stay a couple more weeks! I'm sorry I have not yet let you know how much we enjoyed your wonderful, beautiful place. I know that it has not been so long since you remodeled it, and you did a marvelous job. Everything was obviously carefully thought out, and we appreciated every single thing about the condo. We had a relaxing time---slept late a couple of days just because the bed was cozy and the ocean sounds were so great. And it was so nice that anything we needed was right there for us. We loved it. So, thank you-thank you-thank you!!

My husband and I spent a week at the condo and really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed the updated kitchen with everything we needed to feel right at home. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the lanai and enjoying each others company with the wonderful view of the ocean. The staff and other residents in the community were all very friendly (including the maintenance guys at the pool!). The condo was a safe and relaxing place that we would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect hawaiian home away from home!

We were/are very pleased with everything during this visit to Kailua Kona. Your condo is really a very pleasant accommodation--outfitted so well. The condo is well suited for 2 couples and the location of your condo within Alii Villas is the best. For that matter, Alii Villas is ideally located in relation to Kailua and the whole of the Kona coast. Also the exterior of Alii Villas buildings are in extremely good condition and the grounds/landscaping are beautiful--superior to any other condo facilty in Kona--I feel certain. We enjoyed this lovely condo so much. It is located in a quiet area, and the only sounds we heard at night were the waves gently crashing on the lava rock...Ahhh! We spent a great deal of time on the lanai enjoying the beautiful view, dining, and watching the dolphins swim by. The unit is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen and closets were fully stocked with everything we needed, and then some. The entire facility is well maintained, has a lovely pool area, and is surrounded with tropical foliage. Thank you Donna and John for sharing your piece of paradise.

This condo was just what we were looking for; close to the water, great view, and well furnished. The decor was lovely and comfortable. Appliances were first-rate and the kitchen well stocked with utensils - even a coffee grinder! The lanaii overlooking the water provided a great setting for our meals. The facility is very well maintained and has a lovely landscaping, a very nice swimming pool and outdoor gas grills. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends!

This condo is just the greatest. We got a chance to see one of the other units and as nice as it was the Lowe's place is much nicer. The Showers, tile floors, and well supplied custom cabinets made the trip very comfortable. The location is excellent. Just close enough to town and far enough to be very quiet. An excellent place to stay!!!

Clean and well-maintained. All the ammenities including washer and dryer. Kitchen was great. The beach is right outside. Lanai very romantic and beautiful view. Beautiful pool and bbq area. Close to all the action in downtown Kona.

My family of 4 had the BEST vacation ever. This condo has a wonderful location, view and is very well taken care of. Everything we needed for our week on the Big Island was available. Beach toys, towels, dishes, cookware, etc....They had it all. The Condo is better than the photos show, and the owner was VERY easy to work with. Well worth it, and we hope to return as soon as possible.

Location, location, location! We were so pleased! This condo offers am ocean view from the lanai and quick access to the lava rocks for amazing views along the coast. The sound of the waves lull you to sleep at night and greet you in the morning. The condo was very clean and attractively and thoughtfully decorated. It was a comfortable, relaxing place to vacation. You can tell the owners care about their condo and about providing a first rate experience to those who rent from them.

Loved sleeping to the crashing waves each night! Great location to walk to town for all your needs but still away from the noise and hustle. Stayed during Ironman, great location for running, cycling too. Very clean location, and VERY comfy huge master bed!!! Flat screen TV and WiFi was perfect for day of staying in due to sunburn! :-)
