We invite you to enjoy our personal oceanfront retreat. We have completely rebuilt this oceanfront condo from the studs to the ceiling over this past summer and fall, so everything is sparkling new. We used solid cherry wood for the cabinetry which coordinates with the warm pecan finish on the rattan furniture and the mahogany bedroom furnishings. Our 2 BR 2 BA condo comfortably sleeps 6 when the queen sofa sleeper is utilized, besides the King and Queen beds. A Graco porta-crib with linens is also available on premise. The parking is located close to the unit. A turtle theme resonates throughout the unit décor from the deck to the custom crafted Italian tile baths. You will also find Italian tile sweeping the floor from the deck to the bedrooms. The ocean view and sound of the surf are serene.
For your viewing convenience a 42 inch flat screen custom wall-mounted TV is available (w/DVD player) which tilts and moves in 4 directions. Wireless internet is also available for your personal convenience, along with a CD stereo with Ipod dock, phone and business paper shredder. We have a good selection of books available, card games & games.
We have chosen some “green” applications such as hot water on demand, energy star appliances, and filtered refrigerator water. There are 5 ceiling fans to enjoy a pleasing breeze anytime. An ocean breeze normally flows through the unit with the sliders and jalousie windows open.
The kitchen displays under-cabinet lighting which highlights the custom mascalzone granite on both the counters and backsplashes. Our appliances being energy efficient run quietly. A full size washer/dryer is available in our unit. The refrigerator offers ice and filtered water at the touch of a button and also has an easy access beverage door for your convenience which maintains the proper temperature within for your tasty edibles. The stove has an extra warming element on the glass cooktop, and the convection oven is self-cleaning. Glass cookware is also available for your cooking preference. Most guests enjoy preparing their gourmet delights over an open flame on one of three Webber gas B.B.Q.’s at the B.B.Q. deck while watching the sunset which is next to the pool area.
This oceanfront complex is located on Alii Drive which is 5 minutes away from the center of town by car, or 15 min. by foot. Snorkeling reefs are located right by our complex.
