Thank you so much for the joy of spending time in your condo. It felt so homey. Loved sitting on the lanai watching/hearing the waves crash in. It was absolutely wonderful in every way. The decorating and furnishings were lovely. The location was perfect. The pool area was very enjoyable. The other residents/guests were very friendly. We would definitely seek out your unit again. It was our first time on the Big Island and really enjoyed it. It has a personality all its own. We enjoyed being close to Kailua, yet far enough outside to enjoy peace and quiet in the condo.

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

There was only one thing wrong with the condo---we couldn't stay a couple more weeks! I'm sorry I have not yet let you know how much we enjoyed your wonderful, beautiful place. I know that it has not been so long since you remodeled it, and you did a marvelous job. Everything was obviously carefully thought out, and we appreciated every single thing about the condo. We had a relaxing time---slept late a couple of days just because the bed was cozy and the ocean sounds were so great. And it was so nice that anything we needed was right there for us. We loved it. So, thank you-thank you-thank you!!

My husband and I spent a week at the condo and really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed the updated kitchen with everything we needed to feel right at home. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the lanai and enjoying each others company with the wonderful view of the ocean. The staff and other residents in the community were all very friendly (including the maintenance guys at the pool!). The condo was a safe and relaxing place that we would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect hawaiian home away from home!

We were/are very pleased with everything during this visit to Kailua Kona. Your condo is really a very pleasant accommodation--outfitted so well. The condo is well suited for 2 couples and the location of your condo within Alii Villas is the best. For that matter, Alii Villas is ideally located in relation to Kailua and the whole of the Kona coast. Also the exterior of Alii Villas buildings are in extremely good condition and the grounds/landscaping are beautiful--superior to any other condo facilty in Kona--I feel certain. Gorgeous Condo / Great View

We enjoyed this lovely condo so much. It is located in a quiet area, and the only sounds we heard at night were the waves gently crashing on the lava rock...Ahhh! We spent a great deal of time on the lanai enjoying the beautiful view, dining, and watching the dolphins swim by. The unit is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen and closets were fully stocked with everything we needed, and then some. The entire facility is well maintained, has a lovely pool area, and is surrounded with tropical foliage. Thank you Donna and John for sharing your piece of paradise.

The perfect place

This condo is just the greatest. We got a chance to see one of the other units and as nice as it was the Lowe's place is much nicer. The Showers, tile floors, and well supplied custom cabinets made the trip very comfortable. The location is excellent. Just close enough to town and far enough to be very quiet. An excellent place to stay!!!

Beautiful Waterfront Condo

This condo was just what we were looking for; close to the water, great view, and well furnished. The decor was lovely and comfortable. Appliances were first-rate and the kitchen well stocked with utensils - even a coffee grinder! The lanaii overlooking the water provided a great setting for our meals. The facility is very well maintained and has a lovely landscaping, a very nice swimming pool and outdoor gas grills. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends!

My family of 4 had the BEST vacation ever. This condo has a wonderful location, view and is very well taken care of. Everything we needed for our week on the Big Island was available. Beach toys, towels, dishes, cookware, etc....They had it all. The Condo is better than the photos show, and the owner was VERY easy to work with. Well worth it, and we hope to return as soon as possible.

Clean and well-maintained. All the ammenities including washer and dryer. Kitchen was great. The beach is right outside. Lanai very romantic and beautiful view. Beautiful pool and bbq area. Close to all the action in downtown Kona.

Location, location, location! We were so pleased! This condo offers am ocean view from the lanai and quick access to the lava rocks for amazing views along the coast. The sound of the waves lull you to sleep at night and greet you in the morning. The condo was very clean and attractively and thoughtfully decorated. It was a comfortable, relaxing place to vacation. You can tell the owners care about their condo and about providing a first rate experience to those who rent from them.

Loved sleeping to the crashing waves each night! Great location to walk to town for all your needs but still away from the noise and hustle. Stayed during Ironman, great location for running, cycling too. Very clean location, and VERY comfy huge master bed!!! Flat screen TV and WiFi was perfect for day of staying in due to sunburn! :-)

The condo was so beautiful and relaxing. Everything was so nice and everything we needed was there. The pictures on the web site were very true to what the rental looks like. Great Time.... The Condo has a great view of the water and it is just a short walk to down town Kona. Lava Java is a great place for breakfast and dinner

Donna was so accomdating and helpful. We loved the condo and were so surprised by how close we were to the ocean. The view was fabulous. The condo had everything we needed to be able to cook and save money by not going out every night. We liked staying once in awhile. There was a beautiful deck with a fabulous view of the ocean. They picked quality furniture and beds to insure we had restful sleep. We would love to visit again.
