THE LAKESIDE RETREAT has been completely remodeled, professionally designed and furnished with all new furnishings with modern crisp clean lines with everything you and your guests could possibly want. As you enter the beautiful entry you will be wowed with the grand living area, 52" flat HD TV, IPod Docking, Surround Sound and Wi-Fi. To the right you will be greeted with a beautiful formal yet down to earth dining area with a Wine Rack and a Complementary bottle of wine, just off the Stainless Gourmet Kitchen Bistro- complete with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, or use our Stainless BBQ for outdoor entertaining on the back deck while your guests use the Hot Tub. Down stairs we have Prepared the Sports Cellar for your enjoyment, complete with Pool Table and Air Hockey, and an assortment of XBox 360 games for the gamer in you! A toy box filled with age appropriate toys.
-MASTER BEDROOM (located on 2nd level) has top line King-size bed with Luxury linens.
-2nd BEDROOM (located on entry level) has a top line Queen bed and also has Luxury linens for a restful sleep.
-3rd BEDROOM (opposite wing from master 2nd level) is complete with a Luxury Queen bed and Luxury linens.
-4th BEDROOM (on the lower level just off the Sports Cellar) for those late night gamers this room has high quality Double-size bed and Twin upper bed both with fine linens.
-A Crib, High Chair and Stroller are also available in the home.
Washer and dryer are located in Sports Cellar for your use. Many Beach Chairs, Beach Towels and even a Picnic Basket .

The koscho family was here for IronMan 2008. What an awesome spot tobe able to cheer the athletes to victory-just blocks in multiple directions and we were on the course. The house is Charming and perfect for two active boys! They rotated around the Sports cellar all day long! Thank you for the "baby" in the toy chest- our 3 year old had a best friend! The stroller was a GOD SEND!
